Had wonderful sandwich at lunch 3/16/24. The iced tea was also just right; for half and half it was mildly sweet which I favor. My husband and I were both surprised at how well designed the seating area was. For a small storefront, there is a good amount of seating to handle a busy lunch business. We look forward to returning to enjoy more lunches in the future!

I had some of the best cheesecake today. I wished I lived closer to this place because I would definitely be a frequent customer :)

I stumbled upon this place while visiting the art gallery next door. What a find! The place is appealing from the outside and very pleasant on the inside as well. The display cases are where the magic happens! Everything looked so good. We finally decided on a couple of items but my goal is to return to try some others as well. The staff was friendly and the place was super clean as well. Here's what we tried:Lemon blueberry bread pudding: Huge portion. That first bite is dense, sweet, and decadent. A must try if you're a fan of bread pudding. A nice twist on a traditional dessert.Key Lime Pie: extremely tart and sweet. Just like it's supposed to be.Tiramisu: My niece had this and ate most of it in the car on the drive back to Richmond! I didn't get to taste it at all.Keto/Gluten free cookie: This was sitting there on the counter and looked rather unassuming. Just a single cookie wrapped in plastic wrap. It was an impulse but and I'm glad I tried it. It was just delicious. I think it was coconut and chocolate chips. If you need a bite with your coffee, this is the move. Oh yeah, they have good coffee too!If you're in the Gloucester area stop by this place. You will not be disappointed.

This is a favorite spot to enjoy with my family and friends! The food is always high quality and delicious. I have had various items off the menu and they are all good, but the brisket melt is my favorite. The bakery case always has lots of goodies for a treat. I eat keto/low carb most of the time, and they have keto sweets available plus I can make any sandwich keto with the keto wrap option. Highly recommend this great local business!

For this review, I will split my experience with this establishment into the respective catergories assigned by Google.FoodThis café has some of the most delectable fare I have ever tasted.- Portabello Mushroom Sandwich:Unsure of what to order, I settled upon the Portabello Stack as recommended by the waitress tending to the table my family and I were seated at. Needless to say, it was exceptionally delicious. Now, I will admit I had initally had some doubts as it was a vegan option and I had never really ordered a vegan dish at a resturant before but I savored every bite I had. The portabello mushrooms were FANTASTIC, and paired well with the roasted eggplant in the sandwich (a welcomed surprise as I usually despise eggplant in anything). The sweet, tangy sauce complimented the cooked red onions, along with everything else in the sandwich, and the accompanying basil pesto. It was messy, granted, but I did not mind one bit.- Homemade Potato Chips:With a sandwich, you are able to select a side, so I personally chose the homemade potato chips. They were perfect. They were crunchy but not burnt, flavorable but not oversalted which made eating these extremly satisfying. Light and airy, I would easily order them the next time I dine here.- Caramel Pecan Cinnamon Roll:This was the best part of my meal, hands down. The roll itself was mouthwateringly buttery with multiple flaky layers, each melting immediately in your mouth when served warm. The cinnamon filling oozed out of the roll when carefully sliced open with your work, nice and gooey. The taste of rich vanilla and cinnamon overwhelmed my tastebuds in one of the best ways possible, not to mention the caramel glaze. The icing was drizzled with a tad bit of chocolate on the top along with pecans that accenuated the decadent dessert. I slowly took the tinest bites possible over the span of my meal just to savor how heavenly this was, although only being able to eat about half of it as it is an enormous bun. (I will enjoy the other half tomorrow with my morning coffee- that is, if it it still remains untouched by the rest of my family, and if it does not go 'missing' overnight.)I feel that I have gravely sinned, but I do not mind. Hell is worth the sweetness that the consumption of this brings.- Tiramisu Iced Latte:I ordered the iced latte version of this beverage, because I can only stand to drink iced coffee. This was a very interesting beverage; it balanced a line between bitter and sweet. None too prounced over the other. I loved the dark chocolate and cinnamon in the coffee.ServiceThe service here was impecable, and I apprciate the extra attention my family and I recieved.-Waitress:Brianna was an outstanding waitress and I cannot fully describe how kind and patient she was when I was looking over the menu. She additonally welcomed my family and I when we mentioned we were new to the area, and we discussed life here. She was very bright and conversational.-Waiting:Our dishes came fairly quickly on a bustling night, and so I was impressed.AtmosphereIt was a very warm, cozy, and inviting environment.
