Good place to take the kids out grand kids.

We often come to this Sweet Frog and have enjoyed it until now. Last evening, while at the counter to pay, there was a roach on the counter. I understand that these critters can and do live in some food places (actually I don't understand and they shouldn't), but my problem was that the young lady at the register ignored my telling her of the roach. The thing crawled around the counter towards the topping containers and back. I didn't want to see it make its way into the containers. Bad enough it was on the counter. After the 3rd time telling her, she left the roach there crawling, didn't even try to remove or kill it and said, I have to go and get my manager for it. I don't think I can return to this one. Quite unfortunate since it is the only one in the area. Previously, I did notice how the bathrooms were not clean and the soap was watered down. I guess it's safe to say the whole place is quite nasty and hence roaches roam.

We go into this sweet frog quite frequently even though it is more expensive than most, however today it was dirty and the associate definitely was not interested in being helpful in any way. Very dissatisfied with how this location has gone downhill

Store is super clean with an extremely friendly staff. Decent flavor selections and plenty of toppings

Generally like Sweet Frog......but lately has become hit and miss. Cleanliness, operational machines, topping quality, ceiling tiles, lights.... just needs some maintenance TLC!

we just had the best time at a birthday party hosted by Sweet Frog! Kids all got goodie bags, we had Scoop there for pictures, and it was super easy to plan and do the party! would definitely recommend for parties! thank you so much!
