Sam was awesome and told me all about the taco bell app and now I get to earn free food! He's absolutely amazing and so personable as well! 10/10 would come back just for sammy

It took 25 minutes for my granddaughter to get her order while I was waiting in the car and watched 10 other people go in and out with their orders. I went into the store and said something in front of all the customers about how long it was taking and she still was standing there waiting. Then I went out to my car got my phone called the store spoke to shift manager and told her I was getting on website and reporting it. She offered no explanation just asked who she was and I told her and she called out her name and gave her the order while I heard everything over the phone. I spoke with the shift manager and no sorry or anything. I will never go to your store at 6973 George Washington Memorial Hwy Gloucester Virginia again. Service VERY BAD!

Great experience at Taco Bell. Ordering was easy, the staff was very friendly, and the food was fantastic and delicious. Everything came out quickly and exactly how we ordered it. A really good stop when you want something fast and tasty.

There was a young man that worked there. I think his name was Emil. The service was excellent, and the Emil was very pleasant And polite while waiting on me in the drive-through.

I told him that I used to go to McDonald’s which was right down the street, but their service was horrible and their food was even less digestible. That was there surly attitude. I will not go there again. I try to find out the owner’s name, but it’s impossible. I hope they go out of business.

I really do enjoy the service level at Taco Bell. The food may not be the best but they have pretty good burritos, and the people that work there seem to be so pleasant. I really enjoy it.

Feels like every time I’m here everyone is so frustrated. Please find a way for your employees to ask if you are checking in on the mobile app or picking up a mobile order that doesn’t upset them so much. I was asked if I was checking in with a mobile order today I said I’m picking up a mobile order. I was interrupted loudly “OK so you’re picking up a mobile order what’s the name” as my name was coming out of my mouth via the previous sentence.. then my order was handed to me by a girl talking on the phone with it on her shoulder. I love Taco Bell .. please step up the customer service.

The one time, I opt to choose Taco Bell over Wawa...what mistake. So, I ordered 2 chicken chulupa supreme without the sour cream that's included. This cost more than the meal with 2 chalupas and beef taco, but I don't eat beef and didn't realize that until after she rang it in. So my total is over $14. These people gave me two packets of sauce, and were tacky enough to print that on receipt, which I didn't look at until later. No one ANYWHERE can convince me one packet of sauce for a chulupa is reasonable. But since Taco Bell apparently is pinching pennies, I'm going to relieve them of the burden of EVER needing to feed me. Back to Wawa!!

Cold, stale food. Had to use microwave for it to be edible. Cannot recommend.

This has been 4years now the slowest place ever. I have only been 8 times n never had more than a 30 min wait , they r only open bc Gloucester dose not have anything

Came in for dinner and the cashier was new, no problem we can work with that. He was unsure of what he was doing so he went to get help on how to find what he was looking for. Out comes another young man who seemed bothered to come out and asks what. Not can I help you, what can I do for you just what. I said the cashier was having trouble so he went for help. Again, the guy seemed bothered. I then find out the guy with the bit of a chip on his shoulder was the manager on duty. I am not sure what the situation was but the first young man seemed upset and embarrassed by what happened and kept apologizing. I told him there was nothing wrong, we understood he was new, in fact it was his first day. This manager needs to learn how to deal with customers and be more respectful to employees and customers.

service is great. food is usually good, sometimes can tell it’s old. however the real issue at hand here is the super salty nachos. I don’t mean a little bit of salt. I mean heart stopping amounts of salt everytime I order nachos lol. please less salt guys, it’s less work for yall anyways.

this location has roaches. i killed one myself. eat at the other location.
