i always ask for a retired menu item (triple berry oat) and usually, if someone knows how to make it they make it for me. at this location, the girl asked what was in it and a told her all the ingredients-her manager stepped in and said we don’t make that anymore, she was kind of stern about it and i do understand it’s not on the menu anymore- but so many different locations and workers have made it anyhow, which i thought was really kind of those workers i even left them tips and wrote good reviews for them. I am just kind of disappointed in the service or hospitality- she was so quick to say we can’t make it even though they have all the ingredients and i’ve gotten it before? please bring triple berry oat back, it heals me.

Why are we not filling the smoothies all the way up to the top like other tropical smoothies are doing? There’s like 3 inches between where the smoothie starts in the lid. You’re just going to throw it in the sink anyways, so why not fill my cup up all the way ? Every drop counts specially, since I’m paying for it.

Waited on curbside pickup for over half an hour to go inside and be told they don't carry curbside out to you so now I have melted drinks and didn't even get an apology

I thoroughly enjoy their Santa Fe Chicken quesadilla. They had a jerk chicken one for a limited time and I loved both of them!!! Then, all of the bad habits and ServSafe disregards began and I, after about a year ago finding a long dark hair in my quesadilla, was hungry and decided to give the benefit of doubt to TSC, but again... I was MISERABLY FAILED!! I ordered my usual and an extra for a recovering friend only to get home, warm it up by air toasting it further because it was barely pressed, to find it had NO CHICKEN IN IT!!!! I OPENED IT UP... NO CHICKEN!!!! I WORKED 8am-2pm AND GOT OFF LATE AND LIVE 25 MINUTES AWAY FROM this store!!! I called to inform them and was told I could bring it back for a remake.... AAAAAAHHHHH...NO, IN THE POURING RAIN 25 MINUTES AWAY THAT IS 40 MINUTES IN THE POURING RAIN.... AAAAHHHH, NO!!! "Come back for a remake and I'll leave a note with the receipt attached so you can get it free." The more thinking I do the madder I get!! The nerve! I PAID FOR SOMETHING THAT DID NOT COME AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO, HOW AM I GETTING ANYTHING FREE??? My time, safety, and inconvenience is worth WAAAAAYYY MORE THAN THAT! I was polite and happy only to get home to be HANGRY and tired! Then, to have to COOK AFTER A LONG DAY, that was another SLAP IN THE FACE!

I went there tonight and they made my wrap incorrectly twice, annoying but not a huge deal. When I asked them to remake it they gave me an attitude like I was the problem. If I’m paying for my food I want it made correctly. 10/22 6:30pm.

The workers here had super customer service skills. Thanks guys, I had a wonderful experience! Sunrise Sunset Smoothie was good as usual =)

I was waiting for an order for 15 mins, when I asked how much longer, the girl tried to snidely ask if I saw if they were busy,, to which I replied but yes I had ordered before everyone else in there. They were too dumb to do a refund. Never will Come here again
