It's not the restaurant's fault that the property it was bought on and built on was/is surrounded by some pretty less-than-impressive exterior decor (the blacktop/asphalt/surface of the drive-thru and building appearance overall). It's not like it's a thing that weighs heavily in a review of a drive-thru order.
The food has been fantastic to the point that I felt it only fair I leave a perfect review as a result. Please keep this level of quality up. I won't go anywhere else for fast food in Gloucester if you keep this up. 😀

Ask for my food to be cooked fresh and I even told them I would wait so I waited they came out gave me my potatoes wedges was hot but the egg n cheese bis cold n sausage n cheese was cold as ice

Couldn't get food right after I asked no Mayo still put drove over 30 minutes and then when they said they would replace it she a acted like I was lying so there's no person working at that restaurant with the name I gave her even though the phone number I showed her was the number to that store I found here in my salad red hair after I asked him if somebody there had read here she said no I went to go get the salad replaced and sure enough the manager had red hair why lie I spend lots of money there and get treated like crap won't be back

We stopped in for the breakfast burrito this morning and she loves it. It's made well. I also love the home style chicken sandwich.

Barely even worth 1 star. Asked for my food cook to order. Asked to pull forward, had no problem waiting for my food. I only ask for it cook to order because more than of half the times I go the food is old and dry. I waited 10 minutes only to have my food never brought out to me. I went in to grab it and they didn’t know I was even waiting and gave me old food that wasn’t even hot! Or fresh. I will never be eating there again. I wasted my money on food that only got thrown out of the window.

Employees were friendly and prompt. Store was clean. Reason for the lower rating is the food. Definitely not up to Wendy's normalcy. Wife got a wrap that was cold not grilled. Baconator was dry.
