Are here on my way through town and thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a smaller restaurant, but seemed to be super popular among the locals. I had the Southern Burger and it was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted delicious and the staff were all friendly. Price was on par with what you’d pay out at any mid-priced American Fare restaurant, but is locally owned and operated. Would definitely come back if I was in the area. Expect to pay somewhere between $20-30 for a meal (except steak) and a beer or wine. Great choice!

Food was terrific! Booth had a rip in the vinyl which didn't correspond to the prices.

Good food. Good environment. Good times. The food is cooked to order. I've never had a bad meal at Eccoti.

This place is a teeny gem settled in the depths of Goochland. The food is blessed by the wonderful staff that work there.

Nice little place in country serving unexpectedly good food my friends recommended. Service was great and quick. Food was good and not too expensive.Parking: Small storefront with a small lot directly out front, but more parking available at other places

What a little gem I found today as I searched for places to eat lunch. It was a small place, amazing home cooked food with a European feel that had great beer. The food was reasonably priced. The atmosphere was quaint and casual. The restaurant had seating made up of tables and a couple of high-top tables. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. I thought the grilled chicken could have been larger but still very delicious. The chicken was moist and seasoned just right. As it was lunch time, and the restaurant was steadily busy, it was good that my food was prepared relatively fast. I didn't have to wait to be seated. The food arrived hot. The service staff was friendly and attentive.I will definitely be back.

Both dinner and lunch experiences here were very good. Atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Food is excellent, including GF options (like the yummy chocolate dessert). There’s a reason why many are regular patrons here. Thank you, Eccoti for all you do to provide freshly-made, delightful meals.

Walking into the restaurant it's usually loud if there's more then a few tables in there. Service is slow and the wait for food is even longer. The food was at best okay. I ended up with food poisoning from their burgers and was sick for about 6days. Don't recommend at all. For the price you can either go to China King, Subway, or Rocco's and still spend less. The only thing I can half way commend them on is their wait staff and only because HALF of them are pretty friendly.

Eccoti is our go-to local spot for great food and exceptional service. The menu ranges from burgers (A+), banger shrimp tacos (do not share), and seasonal pastas (hard to go wrong) to salmon (my fave), risotto (if food could be your favorite sweater + a hug + a glass of wine), pork chops (oh, the mash and gravy mmmm), salads and sandwiches, etc etc. There’s always something to fit my mood or budget, whether I want to pop in for lunch while I’m out running errands, drag a tired crew in after work for burgers or splurge on date night with drinks, apps, mains & dessert. The dishes are well thought out and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is relaxed contemporary w/ comfortable seating and cozy/elegant nighttime lighting. The staff are friendly, fun, personable, attentive and accommodating- always there to help with whatever you need. Robin, the owner, works her magic on the front lines and behind the scenes. As a fellow business owner, I appreciate everything that goes into providing this level of quality and service in a rural area, not to mention through a pandemic and the rocky aftermath. There’s a reason this spot is jamming most nights - it’s the great food, the way you’re treated and the ambiance. If you’re in a hurry, try China King (mostly take-out) next door - order the Singapore Noodles, xtra spicy, and the 5 Spice Chicken Wings and tell them I said hi. I ❤️ them too.I’m taking a few minutes to write this wordy review because I see some fake negative reviews popping up recently. First, let me just say no, it’s not me trying to shove this gem back into the best kept secret box so I never have to wait for a table. Secondly, Eccoti is consistently busy, so that tells you everything you need to know. Thirdly, you’ll want all three Banger shrimp tacos for yourself.

I find it difficult to tell you about this gem in Goochland County. Eccoti is the favorite local place for my wife and I. The food is tremendous and the staff is wonderfully helpful. On my last visit I ordered the Chicken Francaise. It was terrific. The chicken breast was tender, moist, and perfectly cooked. It was served on a bed of spinach sauted in a zesty, lemony, light sauce with the Francaise sauce over all. The staff suggested substituting mashed potatoes. I was casually dressed and I believe I gave the impression of being more interested in a hardy meal. I am glad I did not substitute. The tender chicken breast, the flavorful spinach, and the creamy, lemon Francaise sauce was ideal. I will be hard-pressed to try other menu items. That's a surprise because the last three visits saw me order the pork chops! We have dined at Eccoti many times and will be back as often as practical. It is a favorite and I feel welcomed by the staff each time. I hope that my review will not bring too many new customers! Eccoti deserves wonderful support from its clientele and I hope I can always find a table even when I just drop in. The room is small and if you can't be seated immediately it is worth waiting for one. Unless I'm also waiting. In which case you can give your place to me!

Had a great meal here on a Saturday night. Although I was expecting more Mediterranean items, I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of food. The Brussels as an appetizer we're good- unexpected preparation. I had the bbq chicken salad, while others enjoyed the fish tacos. Good food. Nice drink menu. Friendly servers and felt busy but cozy.
