Been coming here for a long time now. Got my usual order on Friday but when I tasted it, it was terrible. As a previous barista, I think it was just a “dead” shot of espresso, but I couldn’t drink the drink at all. I went back this morning and explained what happened. The girl at the window was so kind and she made me a new coffee and it was perfect. Made my rough morning 100x times better.

Staff is friendly and donuts are great, but the floor & tables are usually sticky and messy
Honestly this is a great place! The reason why i gave in 3 stars in service is bc they sometimes take a while and when i get the avocado toast with extra bacon (i recommend btw) they sometimes don’t even put bacon on it even though i paid for it! But you should still go lol 👍

Dunkin' is a popular spot for coffee and treats, known for its delicious offerings. Their Mocha Frozen Coffee is a hit, comparable to Starbucks but with a better taste. The doughnuts stand out, with the Vanilla Creme and Boston Creme being favorites among customers. The rewards app is a plus, allowing customers to rack up points for future treats. Staff members are friendly and helpful, with some locations even recognizing regular customers by name. Although service can sometimes be slow, especially during busy hours, the overall experience is often positive. The drive-through operates efficiently, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent. The location is also a great place for telework or for local teens to hang out. Overall, Dunkin' is a well-run establishment that serves up fresh, tasty coffee and treats alongside great customer service.
