Senior management needs to work on this location and hire some more permanent staff. You can do a whole lot better in many areas. If you won't get it together, then please sell the business to someone who will manage this location with diligence and responsible decision making. Under now, I am going elsewhere, and hope you will sell, because there is a long history of neglect. Senior management and corporate need to work on this or close it down. While the restrooms may be in need of attention, the food is consistently good, including their delicious chocolate milkshakes. Be mindful of the portion sizes, but overall, the service and atmosphere make up for it. Just be prepared for a potentially chaotic parking lot experience and sometimes a long wait at the drive-thru.
