Stopped by here from the Shenandoah National Park. I had macaroni salad, egg salad, potato salad, catfish, hush puppies, and a loaded baked potato with sweet tea. Everything was delicious, costed around $20 for all of that. I left satisfied and happy. The service was amazing, the other customers are all friendly and welcoming, most are returning customers, and staff is respectful and kind. I ate alone and they started to get busy so I offered my seat at a booth for more customers...
We have driven past this restaraunt so many times on our way from Loudoun County to Zion Crossroads. Every time we pass, one of us will comment that we should stop... well, today was the day! We stopped & after hearing how delicious the steak dinner is, decided to go ahead & order it. The food did not disappoint! For an all included dinner ($28.00 total), we enjoyed a 28 oz sirloin steak, perfectly cooked, loaded baked potato, toast, all you can eat salad bar with soup....
It was a late May moist overcast Sunday afternoon that our clan decided to descend upon this road side diner. Outside temperature of 65. The outside may look 50 years out of date but it totally matches the interior of the restaurant so it kinda works for this establishment especially at this time of the year. They easily accepted our reservation for around 20 people with 4 kids. 2 of which were 18 months or younger. (Note that I'm 707 months old).
