Excellent fried fish options. Come and Tuesday and get the tacos! Nice people working there and the prices are very reasonable especially for the amount of food. Atmosphere is clean and far from fancy. Best spot for a pop in, eat well, and get out. Definitely 5 stars!

Photo is of the medium blue catfish basket which came with fries, 2 hush puppies and a drink for $12.99. Great value and tasty food! Also tried my friends fish, which was different and equally tasty! Super fresh and served hot.

I am giving the food 3 stars instead of 5 because the sauces and sides are alright, but the seafood is lacking seasoning and flavor without the sauces. For the price of the food I expected it to have better flavor. I am sad this place wasn’t as good as the reviews led me to believe.

On Aug. 21, 2024 tried to do a take-out order. the person I spoke to was very rude because I asked another question fish and chips. Also, because I didn't know she had to look up the info on another computer. She hung up on me. I called back to speak to the manager and was about to tell him what happen and he hung up on me too. Not very good customer service. Food is good but I will not be recommending anyone to this restaurant- Bubba shrimp shack, Grafton, VA

Not as Good as They used to be! If U get Bubba's Clam Chowder, make sure to ask for them to do a "deep or bottom" scoop, because if not, U may endup with 2-4 clams!!
