Hardee’s

Terrible food and customer service! 3 times in a row orders have been very bad or wrong. Pictures attached. Smallest dried out chicken tenders I've ever had. They offered me a 20 cents discount if I reordered another $9 meal. Asked for a manager, waited 15 minutes and everyone at the counter and in the kitchen disappeared. Another order of hamburgers was missing lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo. And the burgers looked liked they had been crushed. French fries were so soggy they bant over.

I've given this place multiple chances and the food continues to be low quality, often cold, and incorrect order. Sticking with Wendy's from now on.

I came through the drive-through and ordered my lunch and was asked to pull forward and park. My order was nothing extra extraordinary, a chicken sandwich combo. After sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes, waiting on my food, I go inside and ask. The chicken sandwich that I was waiting to be cooked apparently had been given to someone else and they had forgot to bring my order out. They were simply clearing the queue and moving the cars into parking spots so that it looks like their delivery times were good. 25 minutes later, I get a hastily thrown together sandwich and cold fries. Not at all what I expected from Hardee’s. It’s unfortunate, but it appears this Hardee’s is lacking management and leadership. If you wish to avoid a headache, I would go somewhere else to eat

I thought this establishment closed at 9? Turns out they close at 8. Why do the times say 9, but close at 8? Went to the drive through and sat there for 15 minutes. No one came. I tried to call and it went to voicemail. Now I know if I want Hardee’s late at night, can’t go. Can’t get service

Great staff, my food was ready in less than 5 minutes.

Everytime you use the drive through they make you pull around and wait by the doors for like 15 minutes.

I went inside to order my food since the app does not do Apple Pay. My total on the app was $9.52 when I went into the store the total was $3 more with no explanation. I tried to show the manager she just wanted to argue. I called corporate to complain I was told this store doesn’t exist. Corporate just argued instead of taking the complaint, VP cut me off to ask me my name. I see why the store acts rude. Store has been Here for over 40 years

The Hardee's on George Washington Memorial Hwy. Is the best one in the area. The atmosphere and service is next to none.

At this particular Hardee's in Grafton, the only good meal is breakfast, and that can be hit or miss. Lunch and dinner can be very slow, but it's fast food, ish.

Walked in to order as the drive thru line was rather long. Placed my order and got my cup. Filled it with ice and when I got done filling it with mello yellow I noticed about 8-9 ants in my cup. Looked around a little harder and there are ants everywhere. Be wary of the soda dispenser in the lobby or you might get a cup of ants.

I picked up an order for door dash on Wednesday 2/26/25 at breakfast. I had never been to this location. Rachel the cashier was pleasant and happy to serve her customers. Linda the drive thru person was pleasant. I overheard the cook (Valerie)was the problem because she obviously doesn't like her job. She takes her time fixing the orders. I witnessed the way she spoke to Rachel about her order and she was not pleasant. Rachel responded and Valerie seemed to want confrontation. Drive thru had to park every car. The line of customers continued to grow. I literally waited 20 minutes or more as well. I said can someone help the cook. The other customers were not happy as well. After making this statement can someone help her the manager went back there. I have been to several Hardee's but I will not go back to this one.

Food is very well priced. Take advantage of online ordering. I was also surprised the quality of the breakfast food was way better than ihop. Will definitely be eating here more often.

Ordered breakfast for 5 people. Online order with seal on the bag. Got home and half the food was missing. Check the bag this isn't Chick-fil-A
