Hardee’s

I picked up an order for door dash on Wednesday 2/26/25 at breakfast. I had never been to this location. Rachel the cashier was pleasant and happy to serve her customers. Linda the drive thru person was pleasant. I overheard the cook (Valerie)was the problem because she obviously doesn't like her job. She takes her time fixing the orders. I witnessed the way she spoke to Rachel about her order and she was not pleasant. Rachel responded and Valerie seemed to want confrontation. Drive thru had to park every car. The line of customers continued to grow. I literally waited 20 minutes or more as well. I said can someone help the cook. The other customers were not happy as well. After making this statement can someone help her the manager went back there. I have been to several Hardee's but I will not go back to this one.

Food is very well priced. Take advantage of online ordering. I was also surprised the quality of the breakfast food was way better than ihop. Will definitely be eating here more often.

Ordered breakfast for 5 people. Online order with seal on the bag. Got home and half the food was missing. Check the bag this isn't Chick-fil-A

Long wait each time and messed up previous two orders. $5 per biscuit and one was missing in the recent order.

Love Hardee's food..would have been better if the fries were hot..one manager there does not have good customer service at all..doesn't smile or greet you..seem to always be in a bad mood..

This is the Hardee's to avoid unless you always need or want to be asked to pull forward and wait ten minutes for your "warm" food. No wonder why this franchise can't do fried chicken.

Good value

It's fast food. Bathroom was clean. Tables were clean. Cashier needs a new job. Manager was nice.

Vegetarian options: All sandwiches can have the meat removed.

Stopped by for lunch. Ate the 5 piece tender platter. Food was prepared quickly. Good fast food chicken.

Take my advice go past this Hardee's and go to another one. Ordered sausage egg and cheese got a sausage and egg. Wanted a biscuit with butter got a biscuit no butter, not even cut in half to put jelly on. Had to order a hot coffee which was cold, because they were currently were out of sweet tea.

Staff was more concerned with drive through because apparently one of their big bosses was in car at window, while folks entering the store we're walking out because no one would service them.

Got breakfast this morning. It was straight up on point. Tater tot rounds were crispy, bacon cooked perfectly. I literally can’t complain about anything. Fast service too.
