I go to Vinny’s at least once every two months with a group of friends. Service is always great. The wait staff is always polite and friendly. The food is good, hot and fresh. Their pizza is a must have.

I have visited Vinny’s Pizza and Pasta 2 on George Washington Highway twice so far during September 2025. On each dinner visit, my group received exceptional customer service, and the food and drinks were of the highest quality. Having spent many years stationed in and around Naples, I am thrilled to have authentic Italian food, reflective of the Naples region of Italy, available in this area. The restaurant staff are accommodating, pleasant, and very attentive. The facilities are clean, well-designed, and seating is nicely arranged and well-appointed.
As a food safety professional and culinary expert with over 40 years of experience, I appreciate the local presence of such a high-quality yet unpretentious dining establishment. For the absolute best in authentic Italian food, I highly recommend Vinny’s Pizza and Pasta 2. Grazie famiglia Schiano!

Who puts whole link sausage in a calzone? Not the first time I’ve been disappointed. Undercooked also. I’m done. Won’t be back.

Wow! I wanted a taco pizza...a bunch of slop!! No lettuce, tomato, onions, sour cream...a mess

Our server was gracious but this doesn’t help the fact that we sat after ordering our pizza for 30 minutes before leaving. We ordered a large Vinny special. After 23 minutes our server came over to inform us that our pizza was burnt and they had to make another one. Fine, in the meantime we watched other customers come in and order food and eat while we sat patiently waiting for ours. After 30 minutes we decided it was time to leave and go somewhere else and eat. I paid for our drinks and left hungry and very very disappointed. It would have been nice if we were offered an appetizer to hold us over until our new pizza was delivered. An offer like this was obviously not part of their customer service. It’s sad that something so easy to make turned into a nightmare.
We have been here many times and have always been satisfied but tonight this place completely dropped the ball and lost a customer. Good luck Vinny’s if you continue to not care about your customers.

We visited the Vinny’s location in Grafton for the first time this evening. Having been a former Restaurant Manager I was impressed with the entire staff. They worked as a team to deliver the best service I have seen in many years. They interacted with the customers and each other with smiles and and were very hospitable. I made sure to tell them all as we were leaving. You can tell they love the Manager, each other, and their job! The food was delicious as well. Stop by and witness this for yourselves!

Best pizza in the USA. As a military family that has moved all over, we have yet to find anything that compares. We haven't lived in virginia in 9 years so we really look forward to coming here any time we travel through the area! Thanks Vinnys! Delicious fresca pizza for the win!

I went in and got the blt. It’s my second time getting the blt. I asked for chewy bacon because the bacon was so overcooked last time that it shattered in my mouth like glass and the fries were room temp and no salt. Back to today’s meal, i was the only customer. I waited a very long time for the food. I went ahead and paid since it had been almost 20 minutes. I got the food, bacon was again overcooked and the fries were cold. Asked for new bacon that was chewy. As soon as I tried the fries I went to cancel the bacon request but he brought out the bacon- literally 3 minutes after my request. Funny how long it took to get me the replacement bacon. I made a complaint and was met with sas from a dark haired female. I had already paid but said I wouldn’t eat my fries. I explained how unacceptable this entire experience was. The waitress was good and her service was good. It’s not about the service. It’s about both times the bacon was not edible and the fries were cold. It’s about making sure to make the request and confirmed it with the waitress but they still didn’t care. I feel like I was forgotten and disrespected. This was truly unacceptable. Being it’s the only place I could walk to when my car broke down, I’ve eaten there before. I had their pizza which needs to be tapped with a napkin to reduce grease. The salad is good actually. I’ve had their onion rings that are flavorless and the sauce for it also deeply disappointing, ranch didn’t even save it. The service from waitresses is wonderful. Just so deeply disappointing to be served food that takes away from the vibe the waitresses and the inner decor create. I did not ask for a refund today. I did however take off the nasty bacon and put the new bacon on my sandwich instead and ate it, it was good with the new bacon. I had to eat it quickly. The entire experience was just disappointing.

Just moved to town from NJ and stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday night. Wife ordered a slice and I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Free refills on the diet pepsi. Will definitely be back! They have a gluten free pizza if you need it.

June 18 order #137
3rd time in 3 months my order has been wrong. Ordered pickup Chicken Philly Mayo, Lettuce and grilled onions and Steak Philly mayo and banana peppers.
Got home Chicken Philly was wrong. Drove back and reordered both cause now the steak on was cold. They remade the order and then the Steak Philly came out with onions. So remade again.

I never would have taken it but after an hour of going and coming and waiting i was never ask if i wanted a discount, refund or a drink. All i ask is please start checking orders before peopke drice home
