Vinny’s Pizza & Pasta 2

I went in and got the blt. It’s my second time getting the blt. I asked for chewy bacon because the bacon was so overcooked last time that it shattered in my mouth like glass and the fries were room temp and no salt. Back to today’s meal, i was the only customer. I waited a very long time for the food. I went ahead and paid since it had been almost 20 minutes. I got the food, bacon was again overcooked and the fries were cold. Asked for new bacon that was chewy. As soon as I tried the fries I went to cancel the bacon request but he brought out the bacon- literally 3 minutes after my request. Funny how long it took to get me the replacement bacon. I made a complaint and was met with sas from a dark haired female. I had already paid but said I wouldn’t eat my fries. I explained how unacceptable this entire experience was. The waitress was good and her service was good. It’s not about the service. It’s about both times the bacon was not edible and the fries were cold. It’s about making sure to make the request and confirmed it with the waitress but they still didn’t care. I feel like I was forgotten and disrespected. This was truly unacceptable. Being it’s the only place I could walk to when my car broke down, I’ve eaten there before. I had their pizza which needs to be tapped with a napkin to reduce grease. The salad is good actually. I’ve had their onion rings that are flavorless and the sauce for it also deeply disappointing, ranch didn’t even save it. The service from waitresses is wonderful. Just so deeply disappointing to be served food that takes away from the vibe the waitresses and the inner decor create. I did not ask for a refund today. I did however take off the nasty bacon and put the new bacon on my sandwich instead and ate it, it was good with the new bacon. I had to eat it quickly. The entire experience was just disappointing.

Ordered a Greek Salad. The feta was in little tiny pieces and did not taste like feta, had no taste at all. minimal kalamata olives maybe two in a large salad. Put way too much sweet peppers. Definitely disappointed.

My husband, mother, kids, and I came in last night for dinner and the food and service was phenomenal. We usually go to Olive Garden but decided to come here instead and we will definitely not be going back to Olive Garden now. This is now our new go to spot for Italian food! Amazing! Also, thank you to the young blond haired lady for such amazing service!

I enjoyed a nice sub beer for lunch and returned for dinner after bowling 6 games. I had a delicious payee of angel hair pasta with meatballs and a cabernet. The side salad was romaine with tomatoes and olives with vinegar and oil with spices dressing. The pasta was serve right with the delicious meatballs. I give them praise for not making any of the food too salty to eat. You can always add salt but not take it away. We will be returning for future visits. Thank you for a pleasant meal.

We were disappointed with our recent take out order from Vinny's. I placed an online order for a pepperoni pizza, half dozen wings, and half dozen garlic knots and was given an estimated time that the order would be ready. I arrived later than the estimated time and was told that our food wasn't ready and to circle around and jump back in the take out line. I ended up having to leave the window and get back in line a total of 4x. On the fourth time, I was asked to go find a parking spot and the food would be brought to us. Several other cars in line were having to do the same. When I was at the window the last time, my pizza was just being put in the oven. In total, we waited over an hour past the estimated ready time. The girls that were working were super sweet and apologetic and threw in a pack of cookies for our inconvenience. For around $50, we felt that the quality of food was not the best. The pizza crust is crunchy and a little cardboard-y. The garlic knots were slightly dry. The wings were good. I have been going to Vinny's since they opened this location and feel that the quality has been better in past years. There is a good selection on the menu, but the prices are a little high for the quality.

Great tasting Italian food where the portions are very generous. Definitely makes you want to come back to try other menu items. Another restaurant to keep in your line-up of options on where to eat.
