Stopped inside. Both bathrooms were out of service. After waiting for 10 minutes no one bothered to take our order. We and the guy in front of us eventually gave up and left.

they've been having a three dollar bacon Nader Juniorcheeseburger deal again this month. Last month I got quite a few of them for this location and they were always hot and juicy. The last two times I went up there I guess it was my mistake to go in the late afternoon when they didn't have any customers, Anyway the burger sucked both times. Cheese wasn't melted on the Bacon Nader juniors And the buns were kind of hard. I kind of sucked it up because I bought them for half price on sale, But it'll be a long time before I go back again.

I ordered through the drive-thru window. They were not busy at the time and the girl had to pull up and wait about 10 minutes for our food. Finally when she came out she just dropped her food off in the window and started walking back and was ignoring me when I told her she forgot the condiments and straws for our drinks. Then she rudely told me I can go inside and get them myself.

Ordered the new oreo fusion frosty. It looked nothing like the picture. It looked watery and it looked like it was made without the lid in place so the fill level was less. I got a refund when their error wasn't acknowledged.

Lynnhaven best location in town

Their credit card machine was not working. I had cash so no worries. My meal was $7.09. I gave the guy $20.10. He gave me $6 and some change. I told him he owes me $13.01....
He couldn't do the math. I guess nevermind there's a register that can give you the amount that is supposed to be returned to the customer.
But that explained why it took 10 mins for the guy in front of me to get his food.
My potato wedges were cold. The egg in my breakfast sandwich was crunchy. Couldn't figure out why. My coke was flat. Threw it all out.

Here's the thing, this is not the first time I've paid in cash and they haven't been able to give me my change. Pay with credit card.

Cold, old fries. The soda machine was super messed up. My daughter’s nuggets tasted like old fishy oil. The burgers were tolerable at best. Restaurant and restrooms were filthy. I was shocked by how unpleasant it all was. So were the 5 kids I had with me. I used to love Wendy’s.

Was the worse service ever I ask for big bag, JR bacon cheeseburger only cheese and bacon. The manager really rude say ok I heard that and I say ok sprite for the drink, and he said size I told the size. When I go to the window to pay I end up paying almost $13.00 bcuz they only charge me for the cheesecake jr by the way and the drink, so I have to do another order for the nugget and fries they supposed to come with the offer on the big bag. Really rude the manager and the employee said they can have the other other until I pay I never refused to paid I told them why they don’t make as a big bag totally scam $13.00 for a JR CHEESEBURGER FRIES, nugget and drink. It’s ridiculous -1STAR

They were so freaking rude and didn’t give us everything ordered. What a joke.

*****Credit Card Users BEWARE***** Just got fraud Bank notification that an employee of this Wendy's tried to steal $850 dollars off my Business Credit Card, and actually stole $120. See that this was the only purchase I made in over 6 months on this card was at this Wendy's and come to find out 20 mins after leaving the drive thru may card was being run to Robinhood Securites and drained the account. Notified the Manager and they told me over half of the employees at this Wendy's had Robinhood accounts. So there you go, DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD AT THIS LOCATION. Robinhood Securities will be turning over the account holders information to the York County Sheriffs office and will be prosecuting the guilty party. ONLY USE CASH OR GO TO ANOTHER WENDY'S.

I wish I had gotten his name, but I didn’t get a chance to. But the guy working the window, brown hair and a beard, was absolutely horrible. I’m never gonna go back to this Wendy’s ever again just because of him. He was rude, condescending, and impatient.

It's Wendy's folks. It's standard stuff, higher end of the fast food spectrum. The people were friendly. There was a little wait, but I did order a lot. No surprises, but no disappointments either

Nice employees with careful creation. I ordered the cheese fries: they put down a layer of fries, then cheese, then ANOTHER layer of fries with ANOTHER layer of cheese! That is craftsmanship and dedication. A+++
