I think they were short staffed the night we went. We waited 20 minutes after being seated for our cocktails to get to the table. Our server was very courteous and friendly but seemed new and even though they were short staffed I never saw anyone come out to the dining area to assist. The children in our area seem to lack a level of discipline that results in unpleasant dining experiences in our restaurants and the staff are reluctant to ask them to be a little quieter. The noise level from several kids with their families that night was so loud my guests could not hear one another. This problem has kept me from coming to this restaurant for some time as it has always been a problem. I don't know why the staff cannot help with this. Affluence seems to...

We were meeting a couple new to the area to get acquainted with them. The atmosphere was conducive to conversation and the food was delicious. At 8 pm a live band started setting up and within a few minutes it was as loud as a rock concert. We were no longer able to continue talking so left the restaurant as soon as we finished our desserts. I wish I would have known there was a live band so we could have chosen another night or come sooner. Other than the band, it was great.
