L'Auberge Chez François celebrates 50 years at its Great Falls location this year and remains one of the Washington area's true dining institutions. The interior has a charming old-world feel but is beginning to show its age. In particular, the dining chairs are quite uncomfortable for what is intended to be a long, leisurely meal. Sublime. Superb. L'Auberge never ceases to please. Each dish brings its own unique flavor to awaken one's palate. The staff is so welcoming and professional. Just the right amount of attention. Truly, L'Auberge Chez François is a dining experience to be enjoyed again and again.
