I’m specifically writing this review for Gabe. A young man who worked on 10/15/26, evening shift. I called him because I thought they had messed up a sub I ordered. After reviewing my order, I realized it was MY mess up. Gabe was so nice , so professional, and honestly made my day. His customer service was top tier. Since it was an allergy issue, he fixed the sub for us which he did not have to do.

I was at Grottoes subway at 7:00 pm Friday night on October 4th. The young girl that waited on me was excellent. My complaint is the other employee on duty went home. Leaving only one young girl there. She was trying to do online orders and walk ins. She was handling the job, but should not have been expected to work alone on a Friday night. Not safe..

When I asked for the Italian bread I was as told, oh you mean the white bread? It was tough. Not crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. IT WAS TOUGH. A lot smaller than the old subs too. Boo subway
