Beautiful property and great customer service! All of the staff were friendly and ready to answer any questions we had. There were many wine and snack options to pick from. I know absolutely nothing about wine, but I tried the Celebration Flight and enjoyed it. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion.

Let me start by saying I visit wineries often. I normally don’t write reviews but today was such an amazing experience that I feel obligated ?.Every employee was exceptionally pleasant especially our wine tender Chelsea. She was polite, professional and educated in the field of wine and had a great sense of humor. She answered all of my questions including difficult ones like the amount of residual sugars (most people don’t know that). She recommended a red and white tasting so I could sample the majority of there wines.My overall experience was extraordinary! Customer service is a recurring lost art in hospitality these days but not at Firefly! Chelsea’s reminded what it’s like to receive good service. I believe in taking care of your customers and providing a welcoming and friendly environment, all of which I had today. The property itself was gorgeous and picturesque. The perfect place to enjoy your day with a glass of wine and your loved ones.Thank you Firefly and Chelsea!!! My family and I will be back soon!

Stopped in for a tasting. Tasting room off a major road. Once at the tasting room you are transformed into a farm setting. Beautiful property with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.Huge plus for me, I typically cannot drink red wines without an allergic reaction. To my astonishment, I had no reaction! I was able to have a full glass of the red blend!!!All wines both red and white were very smooth. Staff kind and knowledgeable. Very flavorful. Enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend.

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a winery in regards to the customer service. I belong to 3 local wine clubs and while in the area decided to try this winery. We were greeted by a woman with long dark hair who seemed to have an attitude and it only got worse. She indicated that they had 4 dry wines. When I asked her to clarify since all the wines except for a couple seemed to be wines that would traditionally be dry such as Chardonnay, Cab Franc, etc, she got cranky. We asked her the residual sugar on the wines and she said they were all 12 percent. We indicated that was the alcohol and then she said “I don’t know you can look on the bottle.” I work in the wine industry and would be horrified if anyone representing my brand delivered that level of customer service. We were finally able to ask another staff member who said the same thing but when we asked if there was anyone she could ask, she did text someone and then provided us with an answer. In the meantime the woman with the long dark hair was talking about us to another staff member while we were sitting at the bar and could hear her. I would not criticize a wine because everyone has different tastes but everyone should have the same expectations for customer service.
