It was my first time there I really enjoyed the music plus the hostess was friendly and help me to decide what I wanted.I Will be going back sometime I was out of town working but I had a nice time I didn't want to leave cause it's a Great place to relax .

Michelle was AMAZING! I stopped in with my wife on the way home and the food was quick and fresh. The drinks were really good. We even got in for Happy Hour I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Montego wings on Thursdays.

This by far is my favorite go to spot. I love the ambience and the vibe is very chill. I would definitely recommend if your ever in the Hampton, Virginia area put this on your to do list. I love the Philly eggrolls and the lamb chops delicious 9 out of 10.

Stop by for a late lunch. And Michelle was a joy. I ordered the jerk salmon with Mac&cheese and fresh collards. It was seasoned so well i couldn’t put the fork down. The drinks was made well, i can taste the alcohol but it wasn’t overwhelming. Wish i has a picture before i finished. But the plate speaks for

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. The service was horribleee!!! I should've known it would be from the moment we walked in. Chick had her back turned for about 7 minutes before she even said, "I'll be with you shortly". Finally got to sit down, ordered drinks and appetizers. After a half hour, she comes over there to say they were backed up. Looked over at the bar, nothing going on. Then, I saw the waitress coming from outside like what?!?!?! ! I was like oh heck no! Got outside to the car, saw the bartender outside!!!! Like never again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We visited the restaurant on a quiet Wednesday when there were only four people there. However, it took us 15 minutes to get a table. Our waitress was smoking hookah at the bar while we waited for over 10 minutes just to get our drinks. Although the food was good, we were dissatisfied with the service. I would not recommend this place if you happen to be in Hampton.

Bottom Line: This place is a scam; it did not offer the "elite" experience of a spoken word night that they advertised.I intentionally go out of my way to support black owned businesses, but this place is a scam. I was looking for a cultured artsy experience and came across their alleged "Spoken Word" night. I called before going to the event to get more information. I showed up, obviously overdressed and walked into a small crowd of people smoking hookah and taking shots. When I say overdressed, I mean that most of the people in here were wearing sweats and ball caps - one guy even had on nike slides.The people were dressed like they just left the construction site and came straight here.There was a live DJ, but the music was so loud you could barely talk over it. No one one was eating any real food, even though this is a restaurant. Most people had wings and fries on their tables. The service was bad, the food was decent. Our appetizer was brought out 30 minutes after we finished our meal and when I asked for it to be removed from the check, the waitress told me "they don't do refunds". I then asked to speak with the manager. The manager never came but the waitress came back and threw down the receipt where she removed the item. Oh, I forget to mention that there was never any spoken word. Just a DJ playing loud music. When I asked about the spoken word, I was told that it only happens when people volunteer for it.This place is the complete ghetto. If you are searching for a cultured elite experience like this place claimed to provide, stay away!

It took over an hour to have an order taken, orders that were supposed to arrive within 35 minutes (per the server) actually arrived in an hour. The food was burnt. The protein portions were incredibly small, and they were over priced.I sadly would not recommend this restaurant.
