Cashier was rude. Lack customer service skills. When my order was messed up and I corrected it the Cashier argued with me about it. They use old oil on fries. I used to frequent the Hampton location a lot, but not anymore. I have seen this same Cashier be rude, arrogant, and argue with other customers. The folks working at this location should treat customers with respect. Fix orders that are messed up, give people a refund without arguing. Do yourself a favor, You can find good wings and better customer service somewhere else.

My favorite American Best location in the area. Fast food vibe. They always make the wings perfect. The staff at this location is very friendly and offer quick service as well. If you're ever in the area definitely stop by!

Wish I could rate it ZERO stars!!! It used to be one of our favorite spots. Now, they only give you ONE complimentary seafood sauce cup (small) with a full Fish and shrimp meal for $17. The chicken tenders we ordered were overcooked and dry, the fries weren't seasoned AT ALL, the fish was salty as ever. They changed their hot sauce, and it is HORRIBLE!! Would not recommend!!!
