Let me just say that the customer service is phenomenal. We’ve ordered previously and the food is always good but while we were out in town the other day we needed to make a bottle for our 2 month old, he will NOT take cool or room temperature formula. We tried everywhere to get hot water and no one could give us any. As a last resort we ran into Americas Best and they microwaved water for us so we could have hot water. To me that is above and beyond service. They don’t turn us away or say we had to make a purchase. They saw a parent that was desperate and stepped up to help when everyone else said no.
On customer service alone this place deserves 5 stars. They definitely will get my business for life!

My first time trying the wings, the place didn't look clean; that was supposed to be my first clue. The next day I was sick 🤢🤮; it seemed something was wrong with them. I ended up with a stomach virus. Never again.

We went here for lunch and were the only ones there when we walked in. The man at the cashier ignored us for the first several minutes while he continued a phone call, loudly, on earbuds. He asked if we wanted to make our meals combos and we said no. He charged/sold them to us that way anyway. The man returned to his phone call, talking so loudly it was making it difficult for us to hear each other at our table. We then watched this guy take a comb out and actually comb his hair at the register. Never washed his hands before handling our food after. Will never go back. Soda tasted of cleaning chemicals. Food itself was mediocre and not worth it.

You can tell this is a franchise owned by people who shouldn't be franchise owners, let alone the restaurant industry period. Upon walking in I immediately smelt old burnt fryer oil. Looked at the menu for a few minutes, dude at the counter didn't greet me, just looked at me. I had said give me a minute I've never been here before...went straight to his phone. After deciding I wanted to try a buffalo chicken wrap, I stood right infront of the guy for a solid 3 minutes before he even acknowledged that I was still there. Then he was cool, asked if I wanted everything that normally comes on it, I said yeah im new here never tried it. Get my food drive 5 minutes down the road. Open up the box...literally a 1/4 inch of the entire bottom of the container was pure fryer oil in a soggy wrap with what I think was onions..no lettuce no tomato...not a drop of buffalo sauce, I dont even know what sauce was in it. It was top 3 worst things I've ever had from a takeout food place. I'm glad I didn't add fries to my order with how nasty the oil was. At least my bottled MtnDew was cold.
Best wings and also so much more to choose from, to be honest nothing there is hit or miss, EVERYTHING I’ve EVER gotten from there has been hands down the best of that dish that I’ve had!

Food is always hot & delicious. The customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes cordial, other times, extremely dismissive and acting like they are pissed or don't even want you there. I still go because of the food.

I’ve been coming here to order wings for a few months now and notice a decline in the quality of the beverages they offer. The fountain machines are always low on syrup and they offer “fresh lemonade” and “sweet tea” but it taste like that just mixed kool aid and pure it in the drink dispenser. Lately it’s taste so foul like residue left over from the tea urn, that hasn’t fully been cleaned. I informed the cashier regarding the syrup being out and the tea and lemonade having a bad taste to it and he just disregarded me. I will be checking out another location because unfortunately, this I feel is hazardous to drink and they can care less. *it wouldn’t let me attach a picture, so I added the photos instead on image tab for review.
