the indian guy that works here, i believe he’s a manager , was very rude. He started taking my order and walked away as i was ordering then told another guy to take my order. It was very weird and unwelcoming.
Also, for my 10 wing meal, they did not let me get half (5) flats and half (5) drums. Every Americas Best Wings I have been to, INCLUDING THIS ONE, have been able to split the 10pc wing into drums and flats until now. SMH 0/5

Workers are extremely mean and unpleasant. I ordered online (which is through grub hub)their system not mine, and when I showed up they said they had given my food to someone else and basically that it was picked up. I proceeded to say I didn't pick my food up and no one else would have. I was basically told that this wasn’t their problem and I was out of $50. So unprofessional that no one tried to remedy the mistake that THEY clearly made.

By far the best americas best, every time I order my food it’s quick and good!!! The customer service here is very friendly and I’ve NEVER EVER had a bad experience here!!! I recommend this one than any other.

Food was fine I usually order chicken and lamb over rice and it comes with white sauce at every other americas best. I even asked for extra white sauce over the phone was confused to find out they don’t even use white sauce when I arrived. It ended up being alright anyway. Then while eating a slice of cake there was paper inside of my cake which ruined it for me

Normally I love the Chipotle wings, last few times they was fried to hard. They nickle and dime you for everything here. $1.00 refill on tea, paying for sauces no matter how much you spend.
Ordered five wings. Got home noticed four total in the box. Called and was told that they would take my word for it only being four wings total. “As if I were not being truthful “. I informed that I had gone home. He said come back and I will give you the one missing piece. I asked for two pieces additional since my order was wrong and I had to drive back. I was told NO! I will never order from this location ever again. Totally unacceptable and inconvenienced

The gentleman at the counter was very rude.When I receive my food the container wasnt close,food sloppily prepared.My first time and last time visit this establishment.When You pay amost 20.00 for 5 wings / fries and drink.The service needs to match the price....Their service wasnt no where near it. The wings were fried too hard french fries was soggy not cook enough.

I ordered some wings combo and as I was waiting I was watching them in the kitchen preparing my chicken. There were two of them one had the chicken in the bowl the other was bout to put some sauce on the chicken but the took out one of the wings and wiped it on a yellow rag then put it back in the bowl and added sauce. While the other man shakes the chicken up in the bowl the one the wiped the chicken of with the yellow rag used that same yellow rag and wipe the counter! With me seeing that I told the one man at the register that I don't won't that and told him what I saw. So when he looked he saw them wiping the bowl and try to explain that what they was doing but no that's not what I saw. That was just nasty. I got my money back. Will not ever eat there again!!!! I was the last customer in there so they lucked out.
