Wow. I was excited to try a local place close by since I just moved to the area.We were asked to seat our selves, sweet ,okay. Were given our menus which weren't the same as eachother and dirty. Got out beers, one was barely cold and We had to open them ourselves with no bottle opener. Which I think is against ABC laws.They were not twist offs. Mind you the restaurant was empty. Put in our appetizers a half bacon chz fry , and garlic bread. 25 minutes later..... different server come to our table to get our entrées. While we are still waiting on our apps. So we went ahead and put in our entrées. A half ceasar salad and a small chz pizza. 15 more minutes goes by. Mind you we are the only two people in the restaurant. No dashers came in to get orders or any thing. The apps come out with the ceasar salad entrée. NO Pizza. They said enjoy and left No word on when the pizza was going to come out. 15 minutes later our origional server came back to check on us to see if we needed anything else. We mentioned we were still waiting on our pizza. She went to check and on it and never came back. The garlic bread came out cold. The marinata it came with was colder than the beer. Fries were good. We accepted defeat that our pizza would never come. We decided we had enough so we went to pay and leave. When we got to the register it was only then that our server decided to let us know that the prices on the menu were not the same as the menu that was handed to us. They were almost doubled! As she explained it to us she also mentioned that it was not their problem. When we told them that yes it was their problem considering they never informed us on the matter she backtracked and said it's not her fault. I would have given 0 stars if I could but if you are trying to have a terrible date Then this is definitely the place to go. Good luck to whoever decides to eat here

Where do I begin? I was told to try Anna's out. It's about 30 minutes away from my home but let me tell you it was definitely worth every minute of the drive. From the moment my wife and I entered the restaurant the service was great. Now let's get to the food the mozzarella sticks were cooked to perfection. The pizza I most say was the best pizza I've ever had, the sauce, bread, cheese and pepperoni all compliment each other perfectly. Now on to the dessert omg the cheese cake was the bomb. Let's just say I've found my new place to eat I can't wait to try something else.

Kids had pizza, adults had calzone and sub sandwich. The place is lacking atmosphere - it seams to be stuck between being a proper restaurant and a take out place. For example - you have to order at the counter rather than at the table. Not all items on the menu are now available.

My husband purchased a turkey sub for here. Was taking out all the tomatoes and seeds out because ask for no tomatoes and still put on sandwich. Noticed something dark and it was a BUG IN MY SUB, I called restaurant to notify them and spoke to a young lady asked for manger, he didn't want to speak to me so told girl that he wasn't there for me to speak to him. Told here issue she put me on hold for 10 mins to tell me mgr said she stood next to person making it and dint see any bugs in sandwich. Told girl i put the bug in it my self after waiting for 45 min and getting home and he thinks i then but bug in my own sub i paid for. Told girl i CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK BUT I CAN GET ANOTHER SUB. Why would i want anything from there after that. PLLLLLLEEEEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEEEE don't eat here mgr rude, unprofessional ,inexperienced and more. So i called the health dep on them hope they fix issue and learn how to treat people and customers who have been going for years. But after this i will never return.

Anna’s has made drastic changes!!!! When I first went to Anna’s it was very good professional and so forth. Then they went down hill had the trashiest people work there and awful service. They got all new staff, the service is the best we have ever had.

LOVE IT!!! definitely coming back here! The servers were amazing! Everybody was so nice, and the food was especially delightful. The music brightened my day, and the energy in there is so festive. I have great vibes when I sit down in there. 10/10 recommend it!

It has been awhile since I have gotten a pizza from here. Anna's has changed over the years. The crust of the pie was a bit chewy and the dough may have been over proofed. The place was quiet for a late-afternoon order and the staff appeared to be bored and anxious to be elsewhere. I called in the order was told the order would take 45 minutes. I arrived at 30 minutes and waited 10 minutes for a large pizza and large Greek salad. I was greeted warmly upon arrival. They seemed to be processing door dash and pickup orders.

I went yesterday and all the food was great. The Stromboli was huge and very tasteful. Was greater with a smile and taken care of. People need to remember that their is a shortage of workers right now due to the pandemic. Anna’s is very clean and you can take out sit in. Very safe environment. The other food we got everyone was totally satisfied. You really need to try this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

If I could leave a 0 or half star rating, I would! We walked in and there were two other tables with people sitting and talking. We could see/ hear people working in the kitchen but nobody greated us or told us to seat ourselves. We took a seat at a table and proceeded to wait! And wait, and wait! After 10 minutes of nobody coming out to acknowledge that we had even walked in - let alone take our order, we walked out! Talk about a huge disappointment in a favorite restaurant chain! We won't be going THERE again! Good luck to you if you decide to go here...

My daughter and I spent the day at the beach and before we got on the road to return home of course we were hungry. With Chinese in mind originally that didn’t pan out we saw the bright lights of this pizza restaurant and decided we’d give it a try. OH MY GOSHHHHH…. IT WAS THE BEST ITALIAN STYLE PIZZA EVER. The owner Antionette along with Ms. Thelma and the fantastic cook William made our experience one to be remembered. The food was FRESH, HOT, and very Satisfying to our TUMMY. If you haven’t tried Anna’s Pizza I’m Buckroe then you are truly missing a Wonderful Dining experience. Whenever we’re in the Buckroe area, that will Certainly be our Spot to have Great Food, Awesome Atmosphere and Phenomenal People! Thanks Antionette for the special attention you have to US. I found this on a pizza . It is highly disgusting. Do Not eat here.. the manager name Will was very rude and disrespectful. He called the police on me and didn’t even want to offer me a refund. I immediately contacted the health department for them to send an inspector out. This place has a pest issues and horrible customer service. Absolutely zero stars and should be shut down

Best cheesesteaks I have ever had so far. The bread was not soggy, the meat was very tasty, and the cheese and sautéed sweet peppers gave it that extra above all others I have had. I also ordered their Carolina tangy wings and combination pizza. That sauce!! I could drink it! And the pizza was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place to anyone.
