Sandwiches lacking in appearance and meat. They put a ton of cold cheese on it. Not what I expected.

I ordered a Reuben sandwich with a side of curly fries. The bread was pretty soggy, probably came from the sauerkraut. I definitely enjoy Arby’s but I think I’ll stick to my roast beef and cheddar sandwiches.

Make sure to check your bag in the drive through. I failed to do so and got home to realize half of what I paid for wasn't in the bag.

I would give this place zero stars but you have to give them atleast a one to leave a review. Management clearly has never managed anything or anyone before. Appalled. Food was wrong. Manager was beyond rude.
I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your location. As someone who enjoys dining out as a treat, I was disappointed with the experience I had during my visit. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues here, which has led me to decide I’ll be driving to the Yorktown location going forward.
The most concerning part of my visit was the behavior of the staff. I found them to be rude and unapproachable, and it really seemed like they were unhappy in their roles. I was especially taken aback when I asked for extra sauce and was told two packets would be sufficient for one sandwich, accompanied by an attitude that made me feel as though I was inconveniencing the employee.
I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but as customers, we don’t expect to feel as though we’re being a burden when making requests. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns with your team, as it really impacted my experience.

I enjoy the variety on Arby's menu. This time I visited to get one of the limited time Crispy Fish Sandwich. I visited the drive thru and had to briefly pull up for hot fries. All the food was warm and well proportioned. The service was good outside of the small wait on fries.
