Long wait in the drive-thru and to receive order. I've had worse experiences at other fast food places, though. The food was hot and tasty. My son enjoyed his meal. The staff was pleasant. Overall, a good experience with this location of Arby's.

The food here is always delicious. My wife and I especially enjoy their premium chicken nuggets with honey mustard. They are never dry and are consistently juicy. The root beer from here is fantastic, some of the best in town.

Legit the worst Arby's in existence. It takes 20 minutes to get your order taken with one car in front of you and THEY haven't ordered yet and half the time they can't hear you when you do. I come here hoping and praying each time and each time I am again reminded why I never ever ever

Went through the drive through to order. My friend (who was paying for the entire meal) needed to use the restroom. The manager and staff would not allow him to use the facilities until we were completely finished ordering, paying, and receiving our food. I informed the employee working the window of our issue. She could not even apologize to us. Instead she said that's the way it is (meaning we had to complete the entire process in order to use their restroom). I also mentioned that we would have liked to cleanse or hands prior to receiving our food. NO EXCUSES FOR THE LACK OF CUSTOMER USEAGE OF RESTAURANT MANDITORY REQUIREMENTS. IF I RECALL; ITS A HEALTH ORDINANCE!
