Waited over 20 minutes for a server. Never got served. Tables after us who got seated were served. Told the hostess still no one not even a manager. So we left. Never again.
First visit here and not good. Couldn't get waited on or acknowledged after being seated. The food order was wrong, no drink refills, waitress didn't even check on us until we were done eating. I do NOT recommend this place.
I came to Baked today on a friend’s recommendation and I am already hooked. I eat a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches and theirs is the BEST! They chop up the bacon and it was cooked perfectly. The staff is very friendly as well. This is not just a pizza place, they have breakfast, sandwiches, ice cream, a big wine bottle selection, full bar, gaming play area and cozy corner. It has it all!! I will be back to work from here and enjoy all they have to offer.

The owner’s father often greets customers, proudly sharing about the tastes put into the food by his daughter and the employees. This place is a nice find in downtown Hampton, VA. They have the best pancakes in Hampton, the best and fluffiest grits, and the portions are humongous, especially for items like the chef salad. Baked Bistro & Pizza also features a ping pong table, making it a great spot to celebrate and relax after a long day.
