What an absolutely fantastic first experience for my son and me at Baskin-Robbins! The guy working there was truly amazing. It was our first time bringing my son to a Baskin-Robbins, and he had such a great time. The employee was incredibly patient, especially with a excited little one trying to pick out his flavor. He really made the visit special and memorable. We'll definitely be back!

The ice cream we had was about average, more or less. But the problem is the employees lying and said the dining area was closing 30 minutes before the actual closing time of 10 pm. We suspect that they don’t want to have to wait to stack the chairs in the dining area. Which was incredibly rude. Being dishonest in this manner in order to close down early, is revolting. These two employees closed down the store at 9:40 pm despite the signage showing it closing at 10 pm every night. That shows laziness and unprofessional behavior on their part. Basically, I don’t see us return back to this Baskin Robbins as long as they hire terrible employees who kick customers out before closing time and close the store early.

DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL RUIN TOUR SPECIAL DAY THEN THE MANAGER WILL LAUGH AND HAVE NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS AT ALL SHE WAS RUDE TOLD ME TO GOOGLE CORPORATES NUMBER I HAD A CAKE MADE I WENT OVER THE NAME SPELLING 3 TIMES AND THEY STILL SPELLED THE NAME WRONG AND DID NOTHING WOULDNT FIX IT OR APOLOGIZE NOTHING AT ALL THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE AND SAD THE WAY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR THEIR BUSINESS

Do not ever go or use them for any event or special occasions they do not take it seriously and do not care if they ruin a special day or birthday the manager has no accountability at all and was no help to resolve a problem that they messed up they like to ruin people special occasions

The place is clean, the food is good, and the staff are able to handle multiple customers at once with kindness and skill. Some of my favorite things to get when I stop by are the chocolate chip cookie dough sundaes or the mixed berry smoothies. But they keep a large selection of pre-made birthday cakes for anyone who needs something quick to celebrate.

Came here to get ice cream with the family and was very pleased! Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced (only around $16 for three double-scoops with tax), plus the location is well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and kind, and generous with our scoops!

The cashier was very nice and polite. He gave out samples. We ordered the waffle bowl with strawberry cheese cake and a cup of cookie monster and beach day. Very affordable $13 and some cents. Id cone back again.

Ordered through DoorDash, and someone at the facility let either another DoorDash driver, or just some random, pick up my order without confirming they had the right one. If my dasher hadn’t called me, I wouldn’t have been able to get my money back. And the fact that y’all couldn’t make another one for free because an employee gave my order to someone else, is ridiculous.
