Just tried to get ice cream. Store closes at 10. Walked up at 9:14pm. They looked me in my FACE and locked the door and turned the lights off. Do better.

There was a dead fruit fly on my ice cream and I was told they don’t usually do refunds. The cake looks nothing like picture I ordered. The sprinkles look old and the icing for the lettering looks old and illegible.

What an absolutely fantastic first experience for my son and me at Baskin-Robbins! The guy working there was truly amazing. It was our first time bringing my son to a Baskin-Robbins, and he had such a great time. The employee was incredibly patient, especially with a excited little one trying to pick out his flavor. He really made the visit special and memorable. We'll definitely be back!

The ice cream we had was about average, more or less. But the problem is the employees lying and said the dining area was closing 30 minutes before the actual closing time of 10 pm. We suspect that they don’t want to have to wait to stack the chairs in the dining area. Which was incredibly rude. Being dishonest in this manner in order to close down early, is revolting. These two employees closed down the store at 9:40 pm despite the signage showing it closing at 10 pm every night. That shows laziness and unprofessional behavior on their part. Basically, I don’t see us return back to this Baskin Robbins as long as they hire terrible employees who kick customers out before closing time and close the store early.

DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL RUIN TOUR SPECIAL DAY THEN THE MANAGER WILL LAUGH AND HAVE NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS AT ALL SHE WAS RUDE TOLD ME TO GOOGLE CORPORATES NUMBER I HAD A CAKE MADE I WENT OVER THE NAME SPELLING 3 TIMES AND THEY STILL SPELLED THE NAME WRONG AND DID NOTHING WOULDNT FIX IT OR APOLOGIZE NOTHING AT ALL THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE AND SAD THE WAY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR THEIR BUSINESS
