Ordered through DoorDash, and someone at the facility let either another DoorDash driver, or just some random, pick up my order without confirming they had the right one. If my dasher hadn’t called me, I wouldn’t have been able to get my money back. And the fact that y’all couldn’t make another one for free because an employee gave my order to someone else, is ridiculous.

Whoever fulfilled the Door Dash Caramel Cappuccino Blast order at 8:59 pm on 10/20, YOU ARE THE REAL MVP. ? it tastes perfect and they even covered the straw hole with tape so it wouldn’t spill! I was looking like an idiot trying to shove the straw in, in a dark room with a scary movie on…..I digress.. Truly, thank you for taking the time to provide me with this deliciousness. The ice cream was as great as it is at ANY Baskin Robbins, but the service was lousy. No smiles....and they made my husband and I leave at 9:25.....because they were closing at 10. I come in daily for my cappuccino blast caramel. The workers are all very friendly and have learned my order to where i just have to say how many and size! That is awesome customer service. Sometimes the place is packed with people and they are getting swamped with orders and line still moves decently fast
