Be careful when you purchase their roast chicken. Brought ours home today, cut into the thigh/leg area and the meat was raw, pink, and bloody. I had to put it in the oven to cook it further. Does BJ realize undercooked chicken can cause severe illness?

When we joined we were supposed to get 2 free items. Ordered online and said to pickup in store. When I got there only one was available and they couldn’t refund or replace with a different flavor of muffin. Even the manager in Hampton said he couldn’t do that! Tried going today and find prices higher than Costco for about 90% of things I was interested in. Will be canceling this membership

Bj"s is a wholesale club just like Costco and Sam's club. They are all good for low prices goods. Bj's has scan and go on Bj's app as Sam's club did. It's good at the coupons clip when we check out. Prices between Bj's clubs sometimes different but they often have surprised price cuts cannot believe.

Not a safe place to shop if you're disabled with a service dog. Management prefers to allow untrained dogs in the store vs asking them to leave, they also allow the optical employee to act like security. Police called and discrimination report getting filed. Stay away from this location.

Went into the club approximately 2:00 pm on Sunday 10/9. I was directed to leave my shoulder bag at the front desk. This bag contains my medication and medical supplies. It was interesting to see that I as a male was required to surrender my bag while there was a lot of women walking around with purses larger than mine. Really sounds like profiling to me. I have never had to surrender it before and I have been carrying it for 5 years. Sure wish I paid more attention to get her name

While I love the store curbside pickup is terrible. Not because of the workers but because BJ's has failed to do anything about the people who park their cars in the curbside pickup and then go straight to the Casino. This makes most to all the curbside spaces unusabl. It needs to be setup so that unattended vehicles are towed at the owners expense. They will not stop doing if there are no consequences for the bad behavior. Or you could make that parking lane a drive through lane with no defined parking lanes so those who want to park will have to find another spot to park.

I love the convenience of online ordering and pickup. They are a little slow with bringing it to my car so I go in to get it. Overall, great shopping experience!!

Run! Run as fast as you can away from this location and from BJ'S in general. You will have much better luck with Costco or even sam's club for that matter. 3 times now we have been given expired products for our pickup order. Management is horrible, they never reach out to fix issues with expired products and customer service issues. Still waiting to hear back from issues I called about 2+ weeks ago, on hold currently with customer service and getting the run around. Do not waste your time, go somewhere else. Take my word for it, you will absolutely regret getting a membership here.

I almost always get my sheet cakes from here! Very delicious. They are always accommodating. Super busy doing the graduation season. I recommend strawberry filling with whipped icing!

I specifically woke up early to get to BJ's and get Clorox wipes because I am very pregnant and immuno compromised. I had 3 packs of wipes and there was no limit posted and an older lady with a bob cut whose name badge was flipped over came to self checkout and took them out of my scooter and told me I couldn't have but one. I feel very frustrated because there were other members who had multiples and weren't targeted. I feel like they need to set the limits (signs at the product) before hand NOT as I'm at self check out. Everyone else should get there early too if they want them.
