The manager Gwen has some of the best customer service I’ve seen. Very professional and polite. She made sure my food was fresh and hot.

I came there and got a family meal. First off no napkins no condiments. 2nd I got my food home and the dirty rice was like eating mash potatoes. Mushy and nasty. The Mac n cheese was nasty and bland. The tea taste like they done clean the spout of the tea. Only thing that I can say was good was the chicken although even that they need to tell people it’s spicy. I will never go back again. Just too much

i went up there close to the time it was closing. my roommate & i went to grab something really quick. she ordered a number 5 & i ordered a number 13. my roommates food was fine but my food was incorrect. the number 13 comes w 2 thighs, a wing, & 2 sides w a drink. plus i asked for texas pete hot sauce. my 2 sides was mac & cheese & mash potatoes n gravy. when we received our food, we went straight home & when i opened my food up. i had 4 little, dry wings. mash potatoes w a lil bit of gravy w no mac & cheese & no hot sauce. so we decided to go back to let them fix my order. the lady was talking to me bout coming back for my mac & cheese & she gave me a bucket of gravy BY ITSSELF. i forgot to ask for my thighs bc i was really looking forward to my sides but yeah. moral of the story. don’t go when they bout to close.

Busy day at school and didn’t have time to run out for lunch, so I door dashed some bo-bites. When I received my order, the chicken was so burnt it almost looked like beef jerky on some parts. I’m surprised they put it in the box.
I ordered a steak and cheese biscuit but no cheese which was extra of course. The fries tasted like they were left over from the day before, COLD and OLD. You would think early in the morning before 7 AM things would be fresh and hot. Do love the biscuits but can't see paying so much and getting wrong/incomplete order and cold nasty food. AND I HATE the automated A. I. that takes your order.

It has been over 40yrs since I had Bojangles. So I was very dissapointed that the biscuits were too googy not fluffy and the dirty rice was soggy.
