All the workers not knowing basic human decency or customer service while not being rushed or berated, inquired once on my order and I was just met with disturbing attitude as if I committed a crime. it's not hard to check on an order I waited over 30 minutes for nothing.

Wish I'd read the reviews before giving this locations another try. I quit coming about six months ago but made the mistake of trying again. I didn’t see the mess until. I got home with my drive thru order. The food was old! The pintos were so old they had a film on top and I had to bang the container on the counter to get them out. The chicken was so old, it was dried out. I planned to call in my complaint, but I didn't get a receipt. No more Bojangles at this location.

Stupid me...I stopped coming here over a year ago because the didn't have coffee for like 3 months. Well, I tried to give them another shot. Bad idea. Drive through lady was very rude and unfriendly. That's fine, I just want my food. Ordered the gravy biscuit combo...oh my. There was very little gravy and what I got could have been used by the National Hockey League! In fact, I received 3 biscuits; 2 cinnamon biscuits and one regular biscuit. All three were like chewing on an old boot. Avoid this place like the plague!
