Terribly slow service. Waited 30 minutes to get through the drive thru (which wasnt even that long) and receive a simple order, and then was shorted part of a combo meal. No apology or anything for the delay.

Hello and thanks for asking for details. It was my first visit here (and only my third time at a Bojangles). I was greeted by the team, and they were great at communicating with me when I needed to wait for my food. No problem - I was glad to have a hot, fresh, and delicious chicken sandwich (which it was)! And they brought it out promptly as soon as it was ready.One hiccup was both the dining room and kitchen were out of Cheerwine (which I was excited to see, but it was not meant to be today) and the dining also wasn't stocked with Sweet Tea. (They filled up my tea in the back, but prob should've been on top of that more.)The biggest issue: I couldn't find a single clean table in the dining room. I chose the least dirty with only a few crumbs on one side. It wasn't busy, and I was only one of a few eating in. However, the entire time I waited for my food and even after taking my time casually eating and checking email on my phone, no one came out to wipe down the tables or check on the dining room.The atmosphere was plain and nothing special, (although you had great music playing!) but I expect at least a clean, sanitary place to enjoy my food.
The food and customer service is all great whenever I go.

I went into the store and had to wait and no one was inside the store but all the employees who walked pass us like they don't see us the manager on duty came around and said someone would be with you.About 3-5 minutes went pass then the young lady at the register come up coughing and wiping her nose with her hand and she don't have any gloves or she didn't go wash them in the back where there is a stink to wash your hands as they all was walking in and outside the same young lady took our order and then she goes around to the manager who told us it would be a 12-15 minute wait on the number 13 which is dark meat and the 15 which is just a wing order. Not been funny do you think she should have known it would be a wait on chicken seen the fax they had nothing and I do mean nothing in there banquet steamer up front where the glass is shatteredWho ever owns this store need to come see how it looks and tell me there floor should not be slipperyBecause rain and a not well clean floor is a disaster for you to fall and hurt yourself as we was waiting on the manager to come give us a refund about three to five people came in bringing back food this place need help and it is only down hill from here if the higher up management and owner don't come help this location out
