Edit for the owner: I received 2 bo-berry biscuits and they were hard as rocks, so hard, that it couldn't have been an accident that they were given to me. Your staff were also rude because my dog was in my car (yes I heard what you said, you're honestly disgusting). Never going back. I do not recommend anyone going there ever.

NEVER AGAIN! This was absolutely disgusting. I will never go here again. It was very weird pulling up to the drive thru and having a robot take my order. The guy at the window didn't say more than 2 words to us. Then the food was awful. There was so much salt on the fries that you couldn't taste anything else. I couldn't even eat them. I think I ate maybe 5 total before I stopped even trying. The chicken tenders were very bland and tasteless. Then the worst part, when I got to the last 1/4 of my sweet tea, I felt something gritty and waxy in my mouth. I don't know what this crap is that was in my cup but it looks like coffee grounds or dirt of some sort. Whatever it is, its disgusting. An absolute waste of $16.

This is by far the cleanest bojangles location I have been in. The staff was top notch, which is also unusual especially this day and age.

The drive through is a computer instead of an actual person now. Absolutely terrible
Sunday evening dinner pickup. 7:16pm. Went inside. Was ignored and never acknowledged. Don't even think they knew I was there. Had to jump in car and go through drive thru. I had a question and automated voice said they would get attendant. 3min passed. No answer. I backed up and started again. Oh well. Had to wait for biscuits. Several minutes later I got my food. 7:43pm end. 2 star service because the guy was at least nice about it

I've been eating here over ten years. Things have changed in the last year. Service and speed seem to have disappeared. Today is a straw that may have broken the camel's back. Order a ham and egg biscuit in the drive through.
Paid and then asked to pull around front and park in a space. Wait forever, go inside, it's still not ready.
Now it's time to go to work. I ain't got time to wait more. I guess some employee is going to get a free breakfast this morning. It used to be so much better. I don't know what happened.

I used to enjoy this location, but between service and the food I'm done giving them my business. The guy at the drive thru window was rude. Also, they were out of some things I wanted to order. And the icing on the cake was the mess they gave me as mashed potatoes. It was old dried up pieces of mashed potato mixed with fresh mashed potato. Needless to say, not able to eat it. I'll be adding a photo of the mashed potato madness to the photos. I just would not recommend eating here. If you have base access, just drive the extra minutes to Popeyes.

I have never seen anyone walk so slow. I understand going to work lit up, cause it's a hard job to work with people and food, but making random people wait over 20 minutes for a tiny meal is ridiculous. Admitting you don't want to help a person is ridiculous. I would say they looked tired, they genuinely looked sedated. They took someone's order, walked away and didn't come back for some time.
What's worse, they were mixing up orders. While ignoring me, the poor guy ahead of me definitely recognized it, but he had to wait just as long for his order. We were exchanging looks of shock at how bad this experience was. He whispered a *Good Luck* to me as he walked out because we had both watched these kids take the most time for a few 3 piece meals.
If you genuinely don't want to help people, which is what you said about me, young man with the locs, then if you help us faster, we are gone faster.
