I have never seen anyone walk so slow. I understand going to work lit up, cause it's a hard job to work with people and food, but making random people wait over 20 minutes for a tiny meal is ridiculous. Admitting you don't want to help a person is ridiculous. I would say they looked tired, they genuinely looked sedated. They took someone's order, walked away and didn't come back for some time.
What's worse, they were mixing up orders. While ignoring me, the poor guy ahead of me definitely recognized it, but he had to wait just as long for his order. We were exchanging looks of shock at how bad this experience was. He whispered a *Good Luck* to me as he walked out because we had both watched these kids take the most time for a few 3 piece meals.
If you genuinely don't want to help people, which is what you said about me, young man with the locs, then if you help us faster, we are gone faster.

Biscuit was not good. Really dry and under cooked. Loved seeing the ducks in the park in lot.

I recently visited the Bojangles in Hampton, Virginia, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and I typically order the 3-wing combo with French fries. The chicken is decent—it's not the best I've had, but certainly not the worst either. However, the biscuits are a standout. They're consistently soft, buttery, and delicious, which is a big plus for me.
I usually use the drive-thru, and I must say, the drive-thru team is always friendly and professional. I’ve never had any issues when placing an order, and the service is generally quick. On the rare occasion when I’ve had to wait, it was only because they ran out of wings and needed to cook more. On that visit, I ended up waiting about 20 minutes, but I didn’t mind since I knew the chicken would be fresh.
One area where I think they could improve is glove usage. I’d like to see the team change their gloves more frequently, especially when transitioning between working the drive-thru and packing orders.
The only downside for me is that the prices here can be a bit on the higher side but I guess that's everywhere you go these days.
The location itself is in a quiet, convenient area with plenty of parking, making it easy to stop by. The staff members are always nice. It's also a bit of an interesting spot—since I often spot ducks in the parking lot, likely due to the nearby swamp area.
Overall, I would recommend this Bojangles for its great biscuits, friendly staff, and good service. It’s a reliable choice for a quick meal, especially if you’re a fan of Southern comfort food.

I would love to tell you about my experience but there isn't much to tell since they were out of a new item I tried to order. Not to mention the AI voice to take your order. That explains why there wasn't a single car or customer there at 7pm.

Sat at drive-through for 10 minutes without a response so I decided to go inside and when I did the gentleman inside, just stared at me and looked the other way, and kept looking the other way, and never came to serve me after which I walked out the building and proceeded to call phone rang and rang and rang and rang. Finally someone picked up that hung up decide to call back when I did they answered, and when I told him what happened, they hung up on me again.
It was a Bojangles. I can't say much else. The tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, and we got fries instead of the Bo rounds we ordered. No sense of urgency or customer service at all here. SMH. SSDD at this location.

I've been to this location a few times. High turn over rate with the staff and not really consistant as far as service and quality. I usually get the cajun chicken filet (spicy) sandwich or the chicken supremes (tenders). I choose the dirty rice or cajun pinto beans for a side item. The creamy buffalo sauce has a little kick to it with alot of flavor. Parking lot is a little weird, so, be mindful of the many different traffic hazards while navigating.

Long story short. Taking this experience straight to corporate. For anyone else, if you have a negative review and don’t want to risk your safety speaking to a crew member inside and asking for management, DON’T. Not worth your time. Go directly to corporate. Let this place sink itself.

Supposed to be a LARGE Bo'Round(see image) and SEC biscuit was MISSING the whole EGG??!! Also my Cajun chicken filet had that day old texture when you bite thru and gravy was suspect too!....nobody was in line at drive thru so there was no pressure trying to hit 100% accuracy on such an easy order....
