Thought I would treat my Mom to breakfast, I heard about this spot “Brandon’s Kitchen.
Let start, we go in and no one was there to great us, so we figured you seat yourself. We sit at the breakfast Bar and no one and I mean no one said anything to us for about 15 minutes, at this point we were about leave, and as we got up a waitress asked had we been helped. We said no, she apologized and offered us a table. Something told me to leave, but we have it a chance. We ordered our food, now compared to other breakfast restaurants they charge for extra things added to your eggs, but 2.00 per extra veggies, that’s outrageous. Also the portions were very small.
My bill was 42.00 dollars for 2 country fried steaks , eggs, hash browns grits and coffee. This place is over priced and the service needs work.
If you have another option, pick it, because Brandon’s kitchen will not be seeing me again.
Tommy’s when the open back up, I’ll be there.

Hour long wait for breakfast. Not very busy. Juice is watered-down. The server went by my empty coffee cup at the edge of the table 5 times while asking others about refills. They were out of a lot of menu items. Other customers came, ate, and left before we got our food. Grits are basic instant.

"Just a great little diner" vibe, but the food is to die for, the service is *on point* and the entire place is *clean*. Bulgogi omelette was ridiculous - my eyes rolled back in my head. Fluffy biscuits and sumtuous gravy like grandma wishes she could have made, even the iced tea is crazy good.
Might could use a darker brew in the coffee department but I run on caffeine and sheer force of will most days, so my opinion might be a little biased, and the tea more than made up for it. Light-as-a-cloud, crispy on the edges blueberry pancakes for the win - actual blueberries dropped in the batter after they're poured on the griddle. I can't believe this place didn't have a Michelin star and a line around the building.
Definite do-again, 9.9999/10

I ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger and fries to go. This was a very good burger! It had bacon, onion rings, cheese, lettuce and tomato. The burger was larger than any fast food garbage. The shoe string fries were very good and just the right amount. The place was empty at 12 which was surprising. The setup inside is a bit inefficient and confusing as to how I was supposed to get my pickup order. I will be ordering from here again for sure!

I had pancakes w/sausage and scrambled eggs. No flavored coffee creamer. Nothing to write home about. Was average at best. She had steak-um type sandwich which was very good. I wouldn't come here for breakfast but I'd give it a try for lunch.

This spot had a diner feel to it. The service and food was great. We will go back. I took a star off for atmosphere simply because of the sestimg/table. I'm a very small person and to reach my food I had to sit at the edge of my seat. In a normal booth with some cushion I'd have bo complaint but their booths are hard and curved. Again our server was top notch and the food was delicious! Pricing was excellent also!

IME, restaurants co-located to gas stations are often hit or miss. I'll admit I'm a little snobby about food, but if we hadn't been feeling "adventurous" one weekend, we would have missed out on one of the areas hidden gems. If you're in the mood for diner fare at good prices or just in the mood for some really good breakfast, definitely consider this place.
Kid-friendliness: My daughters and I have been visiting for weekend breakfasts off and on for years. The waitresses have always been attentive and the cooks often provide kind words to my girls when we sit at the counter.

This place is a dump. The pics must be 20 years old. The food is blah at best and quite a few spring cleanings are needed.

They don’t really have much if you have dietary restrictions, like vegetarian or gluten free. However, what they do have is very good. Freshly made. Coffee was really good for a diner. Staff was super friendly, and I wasn’t a local. I would go here again for a simple breakfast or lunch.
