Will never go back to this location. Employees smoking weed on the patio while on the clock! Kids hanging out all over the place and smoking in the bathrooms. Food was horrible. Server was new and didn’t know how to do anything. And never got refills!

Where do I start…when walking in and passing the patio it smelled like nothing but weed. Place was empty and they wouldn’t sit anyone down for 25 minutes because there was a wait on the wings. Which has nothing to do with sitting people down and starting to let them order drink and or apps. Other works just standing around. horrible service server was new and no other server was helping her while being a new server. This place turned into trash.
Wife ordered us Burgers from a place on door dash called wild burger. Turns out it's buffalo wild wings burgers.
It was wild.

Fries were decent.
Stopping by from Richmond and was turned away at the door by the waitress stating the bartender said to not let anyone else in and it was 11:30!!! The restaurant closes at 1am ! I asked the young lady why weren't they seating anyone else she said they were only serving the folks who were there to watch the game!!! WHAT!!! I didn't think the restaurant owners would be happy to know their staff turned away money!

Visited with my wife and two kids on a Friday. Wings were overcooked, but the fries were surprisingly crispy and good. Service was a mess—had to ask multiple times for silverware, which arrived after the food. Most staff seemed disengaged, except one employee who was actually bussing tables (though I never interacted with her).
Saw a server counting tips on the floor, and their staff table was chaotic—one person was even passed out. After my wife took the kids to the car, the server tried flirting with me, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warn others. Would not recommend until they clean up their act.

Our waitress Shania was the best! She's a very pleasant young lady...very personable and attentive. Before coming here, we'd left another restaurant due to awful service and our visit to BWW was a much better experience!

Imma be honest my experience was pretty typical of a Buffalo Wild Wings experience until your manager flung a chair at my friend saying it was pushed too far back. My friend is still recovering from a broken back and 21 rib fractures so she can’t sit for long periods so she has to stand once in a while which means the chair will be pushed slightly behind her. Regardless of her specific injury to fling a chair towards anyone is 100% wrong. That manager really needs a reality check. We could have called the police on her honestly but we just chose to lay our tabs and leave. I really hope yall handle her in some way. This was psychotic.

The manager(s) of this location don’t know how to manage a BWW on a Sunday, which should knowingly be their busiest day. Got there 15 minutes before the 1pm games started, when the place was still only 30% full. Asked to have the nearest TV changed to our desired game (which is never an issue at any other BWW I’ve been to around the country) 3 or 4 times and they never did. It was on one tv on the opposite side of the restaurant the entire time. We didn’t see our server for 30+ minutes at one point. And they didn’t have enough glasses that they had to immediately take them when empty, instead of taking our refill request. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but this experience was so awful that we just laid some cash down and walked out at halftime. This staff was so woefully unprepared for what they should have expected to be their busiest time of the week. I implore you to find another place to watch the games on Sundays.

When I was in there on 9/18/25, I came to watch NFL Thursday Night Football. The game was on, but the sound was going according to a high school game. The manager changed all tvs to the game, but shrugged her shoulders and didn’t even try to fix the sound. My fiancée had to go help the waitress figure it out, but the manager just gave up and didn’t even try. Also, my new visiting waitress/bartender had an attitude like she was hating life. This used to be a place that I loved coming to, but lately it’s either cold food, attitudes, or lack of employees. They have lost a customer.

CeeCee is one of the rudest managers I’ve encountered.. my order was wrong waited 45 mins she said well it happens I couldn’t believe her response asked for my order to be corrected she snatched it and walked off came back with uncooked chicken it was rubbery .. I waited another 12 mins and she burnt it on purpose and said she will just refund me and walked off laughing… Mark is the GM I’ll be calling tomorrow I still don’t have my refund

Waited over 20 minutes for a table today. Then another 20 minutes before the server even showed up. Tons of dirty tables, our table was broken. We expressed our frustration and he told us we all had an attitude problem then proceeded to give us the middle finger as we got up and walked out. I won’t be returning to this location I will just say that much.said server should be fired, too bad I didn’t catch his name. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
