On July 29, 2025, an order was placed with an estimated pickup time of 8:10 PM. Upon arrival at 7:54 PM, the order was not received until 9:16 PM. Upon returning home, the food quality was found to be less than satisfactory and 1 of my kids had already fallen asleep. I don't think I will be doing this again.

General Manager Mark has a very nasty attitude. The wings were slimy and the wait was ridiculous. Got the bottomless and took 20 minutes just to get the next round. Mark clearly buckles under pressure with crowds.

3 times now weves tried to eat here and they say they are understaffed and cant seat us. Management sucks. Here we tried to go the bar to buy drinks while waiting and they were told they couldnt seat us because the bar is busy too. Will 100 percent stop coming here and drive the extra 10 miles to newport news bufflo wild wings.

Order was for pickup at 540pm. Went there at 540 and they just started the wings..wasnt done until 603pm. It wasn't busy but the waitresses were very attentive and kind. The wings were good but fries weren't fresh.

Made an online order for the wing bundle deal and everything was good! And order was correct, will order again for future orders! Cost me $27 I added an extra order of fries which bumped it up

Placed an order through the app and it was ready way later than the estimated time. The restaurant didn’t include any extras or acknowledge the delay, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the chicken was cooked well, the sauce was good, and the tater tots were cooked very well. Still, the lack of care for the delay made the overall experience disappointing.

Every time I visit my this buffalo hot wing store there customer service is trash. Its never anyone at the front to greet you. And you will be searching for someone to service you. Today I came in at 1140pm and it was several people waiting for a greeter. We had to ask the bartender to place our order. The manager/ supervisor white male with gray hair was very rude to this young lady who Asked about her order. She wasn’t loud just frustrated like we all were. And he told her to keep it up and he will put her out! He was nasty and when we got our food it was lukewarm like it was sitting there. Never again! The worst . I’m very disappointed because I love Buffalo Hot wings. Please hire better staff and management in your Hampton Va office

Worst Bufflo Wild Wings we have ever been to as we were trying to celebrate our newfews HS graduation. Everybody seam to be waiting on something. And it was not that crowded. Smell was disgusting as we walked in, hostest was rude and tables were no clean glad we has some sanity wipes to clean it. Food was not even edible nobody ate there food, bathrooms were even worse food behind toilets. This place should be shut down.

Tried to eat here with a party of 15 and they turned us away. They said they didn’t have enough cooks to feed a party of 15. Thankfully park lane is across the street they gladly and quickly seated us and it was delicious.
Hamburger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms with a side of onion rings - yum! Half n half tea!
Waitress was very sweet and attentive. When asked about all of the meat, she offered to ask that one of the burgers be removed. It was still quite large. I was satisfied with food, price and service.
I come to this BWW very often due to my work requires me to come down from Maryland twice a week. The last 2 times I have been in town and have dined with my family I have had a horrible experience from the same exact server. Ryleigh. I get inexperience don’t blame her for that, but management isn’t any better allowing or not assisting with the only server in the dining room on top of her being forgetful and prioritizing cleaning tables then greeting guest. The first experience with this young lady my family and I waited almost an hour before we even were asked for drinks while having bad service, prolonged periods in between menu, order, Togo boxes, refills and receiving a check. (Everything)This 2nd time I asked how much extra chili was so we may finish out nachos, she says don’t worry about it I got you, she brings back half a ramekin…..(I would have paid for it, why did you even bother to bring that or ask if it’s sufficient and if I wanted more it was blank price??) Greeting was shorter but again prolonged times in between everything, that’s not what bothers me. It’s the fact that on top of all this I specifically say I’m here for the bogo and she simple doesn’t remember to add the number or even ask for it. Then I show her my app and ask about the free dessert when spending $10 if I can use it, she says yes. So I order a dessert but had a feeling she didn’t know what she was talking about. We ended up not touching the dessert and waiting for the check. Come to find out the bogo was taken off but not the dessert, ask the service she doesn’t know why. I assumed it’s due to the 2 discounts on one check. Her solution is to throw it away and not sympathize with her mistake. I feel that more focus on employee training needs to be achieved at this BWW, you will be losing guest for simple basic guest acknowledgment and simple prioritizing duties. Why would management leave her on her own? She clearly can’t handle it. Literally 4 tables. I’ve served for many many years and that is nothing. (How has she not learned yet how the app works? Specially working a Bogo night during an NBA Game 1 final 4??? And by herself) she was set up for failure. I will never have her serve me again, hopefully the next time I can actually find a manager and let them know I don’t want to be seated in her section.

The staff was nothing short of amazing. Dannie and Amari really made my night. I can not remember the young lady’s name at the bar but these young ladies were so nice and friendly to my family and I. We were celebrating my son in law’s college graduation. Good service is hard to find these days but the staff at this establishment were simply the best! I want to encourage them to keep up the great work!

Last night, traditional wings, which is bone in wings. They gave me boneless wings. I didn't Want to go back because it was already super late. I am highly upset. I do not like boneless wings, but I had no choice.
