If it's late and you're working with a very limited staff, maybe don't keep accepting door dash/uber eats orders. Noone was at the front for 15 minutes but I patiently waited. I felt bad for the people who were trying to dine in. They were waiting longer than I was. Do better BDubs.

Horrible store. Ordered $50 of food receive 12 wings. No sauce or sides or literally anything I ordered. The girl on the phone was rude and just decided that instead of calling to tell me everything I ordered was out of stock, they gave me barely anything.

How do you get everything on an online order completely wrong? It was supposed be ready by 8:00pm according to the app. I get there at 8:04 but didn’t receive my food until 8:41pm. When I get home I’m short 20 wings. First and last time for me at this location.

Normal BWW good service but nothing special. That doesn't mean it bad it a good option for both lunch and dinner.

Vegetarian options: Not for vegetarian weirdos

Kid-friendliness: Had a okay kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see anything that would give someone in a wheelchair any difficulty.

Maybe it's been too long between visits. Wings were good, not popping like in the past.

Carried out. No drink holders - had two drinks to carry. Note to self - bring your own drink carrier. 😆

Folks were nice though.

Absolutely mortified on how the employees think STEALING a 3yr old AUTISTIC child’s toy is funny ?

My family and I just had a late lunch/ early dinner . My son has to always have a car with him as a sensory aid. He had to use the restroom so he left his car behind. When I’m assuming the kitchen manager STOLE my son’s car RIGHT infront of my family . Walked away with it , proceeded to do an interview & when I was able to spot my son’s car on the table they were interviewing I went to get it back.
After the interview was over the kitchen manager came up to us laughing and admitted to stealing my son’s car thought it was funny and walked away without even apologizing.

Quite disgusting of a grown man to do . Never will I return again

If I have to clear my throat to get the attention of 3 employees standing at the hostess counter then there is a problem. I ordered for pickup and they’re no longer keeping it in a hot box, instead it’s just sitting out on a shelf by the door. No napkins or utensils in the bag either, and I had to ask for my sides of ranch that come with the food. Absolutely subpar service.

Buffalo wild wings is decent as it always is but this location clearly ignore public safety and privacy issues. Having plenty of employees you can tell that the lack luster attitude towards performing a job is negligent at best. The stall in the men's restroom cannot latch do tonwhat can be seen as long lasting damage the attitude of the staff is that they are here for a job that they could care less about having. All in all we all know BWW ain't.bad but this one is exceptional on the lack luster scale.

I've never liked BW's, however, I often end up going for work functions. This one is okay, there are lots of windows, so it ends up being much more bright than other locations. Food is fine and the service was friendly but very slow. I went during lunch on a Friday.

Went on New Year’s Eve, and the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Sent a detailed review/complaint on the bww website the next day. Never got a call back or an email or anything. Shut this store down!!!!

We had not been here in a few years. Read all the reviews, alot were negative. But wanted to watch a football game and it was close by. Thought we would try it anyhow. Walked in and young lady and her mgr at front desk as soon as you walk in. She asked how many and dining in or out. I said 2 dining in. She said it will be a "couple of seconds." Lots of reviews said you stood there a long time waiting to be seated. I looked, many open tables. I asked how many couple of seconds I said there's many open tables. Her mgr beside her told her to seat us now. When we got to the middle of the dining room area, she asked a waitress who gets the next one. Waitress said there was no rotation. It looked and sounded very disorganized like God forbid 2 people want to be seated and eat there. I thought here we go.... We were seated. Our waitress was Mariah. Very nice. Answered our questions, checked on us many times. Fast on refilling the drinks. Asked several times how we were doing and could she get us anything.
I love wings but didn't want to chance getting them here. Other reviews said they weren't good. I ordered cheeseburger and fries. Cheeseburger very good. I would say 8 out of 10. Fries good. On thinner side but good. My husband got rhe appetizer sampler. Had bbq wings (he said there were tender and tasted good. Average size not big), nachos with chicken, cheese, white sauce ( he said very good) and fried mozzarella sticks ( I tried one and it was very good with marinara sauce). Also he had onion rings which were very good. We both had the jumbo ice cream dessert. 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauce and 4 triangles of freshly fried dough, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Extremely good, and lots of it. They didn't skimp and just $3.99 each. Mariah was the star of the whole experience. Glad we had her. Had a good time watching out football game. I would go back. Thank you.

I’ve lived in Hampton for 1.5 years, didn’t know this place was here and after dining here I wished I still didn’t know. The service here was the worse my family and I ever experienced. Waited 30 mins to be seated in an empty restaurant while holding a baby. Our waiter came to take our initial order and didn’t return the rest of the time we were there. They brought out my families food with no silverware and brought out the wrong order for my food. Then when I said something it took 20 more mins for my food to come out. Needless to say I will never spend my hard earned money on this establishment as long as I’m living. This location particularly needs to be shut down as soon as humanly possible. Y’all lucky I can’t go lower than 1 star. I would probably give yall a corner of a star if that was an option

The issue is with the lack of customer service. I have had Dashers complain to me that when picking up a order, they are left standing waiting to be assisted. Workers will look at them and walk past without acknowledging them at all. I know this to be true as I have experienced it myself. It’s takes two seconds to tell someone that you’ll be right with them. It’s an easy fix and I hope it happens sooner than later.
