Honestly just terrible customer service during the night of UFC 300.A lot of attitude and general bad vibes from workers.Terribly disorganized and pretty rude to us, had us waiting for quite a while to be seated, understandably it’s probably a very busy night. However when we’re told “give us a second” and not served for easily 10-15 mins. Then when we walk to the bar we’re told just sit wherever then we see another one of the ladies saying “well I told yall not to come sit at the bar”Overall a poor experience.

Hi I am a business owner, that’s very disappointed with the treatment of Wife . Who also is a Business owner & Corner Stone of the community that helps contributes Love, time, ,money to the Homless. Recently December 2023 Shauna owner of ( LOVE NATION LLC ) had a Fundraiser Charity for the Homless Women @ the Union Mission in Norfolk Va. Until this present day she has not received the funds promised from the proceeds, for all who came out to support & patrons already in the restaurant @ the time of the event. The monies would have been able to help more for the Ladies @ this shelter for the Holiday season @ time but was short changed for poor management & no responses from this establishment. If you are reading this post please let this business know how you feel about this treatment.-Jerry

I am a part of a group called LOVE Nation and we did a fundraiser with BDubbs, but after being told we’d get the money we fundraiser soon, the manager stopped contacting us back. Supposedly that manger got fired, but despite this, we are still owed the fundraised money that we spent hours trying to raise. It isn’t fair that we are not being given what we worked for especially since it was meant to be given to the homeless shelter. If someone could at least give us the decency to work out something so we can find a solution in case those files are lost and receive the compensation we deserve. My organization L.O.V.E. Nation did a fundraiser at this location to raise money for the homeless during Christmas so we can provide them with wellness bags filled with items they’d need. While our fundraiser was a success, we never received the money! We had multiple people come out and support, and we were told we'll receive the money in a few business days. Well…it’s turned into a few months because they never told us about the GM who ran our fundraiser getting fired. Due to all of this, we had to scramble what we had to bless the homeless. This lack of communication, and stealing from those who need it most, is unacceptable. Please fix this.

I’ve decided this is the last time i’m going to this location. I will stick to newport news and/or suffolk because at this point hampton’s location is ridiculous. The food is always and I mean always inconsistent. One day it might be great, next day disgusting. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the restaurant. I visit multiple times a month and have been for years now and there is no change. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months seriously. There is mold in the corners of the bathroom sink (sitting next to some wet paper towel or tissue almost always), they are always out of soap in at least one dispenser, paper towel roll just laid on the counter instead of being properly installed, and dirty napkins/tissue/paper towel all over the floor. Toilet seats always disgusting and there’s always at least one stall out of toilet paper. Yesterday’s visit, the server actually greeted us with latex gloves on. Ok cool nice if he actually changed them. He collected my dirty napkin out of my hand with the same gloves he went and grabbed his tablet, grabbed other tables food orders, made drinks, etc. Did not change these gloves once in my entire visit. That’s disgusting and the managers don’t even care one bit (had multiple instances where the manager showed this clearly). And who even allows gloves to be worn by a server? Carrying all that bacteria is gross. Also, to add on, I was charged for a “veggie boat” when wings are supposed to come with celery. Never once been charged for an entire boat I just wanted the 3 stalks that typically come with my wing orders. This location needs to be looked at because they need some changes

The one star rating isn’t due to the food. It’s Buffalo Wild Wings - you can expect to get decent food for a decent price.The service and management of this location is horrible. I have dined in and taken food to go, and every time the experience is horrible, from slow service, missing food, to charging me for items I did not order.Most recently, I ordered the wings with fries, carrots, and a side of ranch. I also got the chicken fingers with a side sauce and fries. All of this was to go. Once I arrived home, I found that BOTH orders of fries were missing, the vegetables were missing, the ranch was missing, and the wings came with the sauce on the side. I attempted to call the restaurant that evening and the following day - no answer.I understand that it is partially on me to check my order before leaving, but it is the restaurant’s responsibility to provide the food that I had ordered.I am a fan of BWW, but I am not a fan of how this location is managed.

If you come here stay away from the bar tender / server Caasi. She is a light to brown skinned women. She will add an extra tip to your bill if you’re not careful. I gave this woman $16 in cash and she still tried to add an extra $7.50 to my tab. Btw she got more than a 20% in the cash. She is a greedy little monster so be careful. Instead of being grateful for what she got she tried to play me and get more from me so watch out.

Service at this location is the worst of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Pickup orders are always late by 30-45 mins. It took almost 20 mins for anyone to even show up out front to speak to me. Front desk girl and manager seemed to have no care about the terrible service. Multiple customers were requesting to speak to a manager and finally left because he would not come out. He finally did come out and the girl told them that the upset customers had left and his response was “Good”.

Usually love buffalo wild wings. We've been to this location once before and had good service. Today we walked in and we're told to sit anywhere we'd like. We waited for 15 minutes and we're ignored by wait staff. I got up and found someone coming out of the kitchen and told them we'd been waiting for 15 minutes. A waitress finally came over, told us she was busy and it would be 30 to 45 minutes before she could help us! I told her no thanks we'd just leave. This information would have been nice to know when we walked in. This treatment is unacceptable and I don't think I'll return. I'll stick to the Newport News location, their service is always great.

Went in today 2/22/24 to order some food to go. Woman working front counter was clearly annoyed by having to do her job. I work in the service industry and was insulted at the service I received today. Never been in before never will be back again. I asked for an extra dressing for my salad (salad is apparently just iceberg lettuce and a diced tomato slice) and she took forever to retrieve it. I finally asked another employee who had just been playing on her phone the whole time if she could get me the extra dressing. No one in the building seems to care about customers at all.

The wings were dry, overcooked and had spots of freezer burn on them. The fries were limp & cold. When I walked in no one was upfront I had to walk around the place just to get someone. I also ordered my food for pickup in advance and it still wasn't ready when I got there so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. I'm giving 3 stars because the atmosphere was quiet & in a good location.

Started great. My wife's food came and my fries. My wife ordered 10 wings and fries. I finished my fries and my wife finished her fries and 7 wings before my order even came to the table. Never ask if I need more water. The celery and carrot I asked for never came out. It was probably because the over paid waiter was too busy looking at his phone and dancing! On the receipt was 52.00 and it asked for a tip @#*" NO! Oh by the way it was Valentine's day. Not recommend. Very disappointed.I will be deleting their app.I hope everyone has a better experience!

I ordered the appetizer sampler, which has always been my all time favorite! This was my first time eating at this location. My food arrived on time but my marinara had came open during the delivery. It was no biggie! Overall my food was good! The wings were tossed thoroughly in that delicious Garlic Parmesan sauce (which is on rollback at Walmart right now ?)! I saved some for the next day and reheated in my air fryer! Delish! I’ll def order and stop by again!
