Update 12/22/25 can't believe the problems I just seen night manager closed diningroom before 7:30pm and forced customers to go through drive thru when asked why they said day manager let go too many personal off early leaving only 6 people so they said there was no other choice. This Company definitely gone down hill and prices have soared. Prices are equal to real restaurants. This is fast food cheap and quick. Not slow crappy and expensive plus a tip jar. Lol for what charging for overpriced hamburgers. That are slimy with way too much mayonnaise and half rotted tomatoes. Taking money passing a bag and not even getting drinks we have to do that ourselves also.

Only giving it a 2 because my prior experiences over the years had been great. But yesterday was unacceptable. I got shorted not once by twice in the same day.
Before my shift I bought the 8 count of chicken fries and received only 7. I chalked it up as a simple error. A one time occurrence. Disappointing but correctable. I went back around 7:00 to get a 12 count on my work break. I opened the container in the break room and counted only 11.
Once is an aberration, twice is a trend. Had I not been at work myself and under time constraints I would’ve definitely asked for management. Either I was deliberately shorted or the employee preparing the chicken fries is careless in not adding the correct amount. It will be a while before I return as a customer.

Ordered a classic melt delivered. Size of a hockey puck with dry patties and cheese. Called store for a replacement. I don’t care about the delivery fee and the fact I had to drive there. Because I didn’t rewrap and RETURN the sandwich was essentially told SOL. Guarantee they started the replacement and will trash it. $7 sandwich huh

Had to park by exit for my order. The store was Not busy. They have less staff during that time to save money. However, it affects customer service.
Ordered fries 15 minutes before they close on nov 21 2024 and they refused to make it, I don’t have any food at home and was really looking forward to it. Guess they weren’t feeling like making it that night :(

5.99$ meal locally and nationally advertised also displayed on the menu... ordered cost over 14$ asked the young lady at the window why?? She said management up charged the deal... how is that legal terrible service and makes no sense. No photos because I left empty handed

I ordered a #7 fresh and the the girl taking my order said you know that’s gonna be a long wait……uh yeah. I then wait 7-8 minutes and receive my food then head home. I get home and my sandwich is not fresh at all it’s hard with condiments thrown all over it. If your getting off work and want to stop here to grab food your better off going home and opening a can of dog food.

My 6 yr old son and I stopped here to try the Pink Lemonade Slushie, and also to have our usual favorites. He had his bacon cheeseburger, fries, & nuggets. I had the rodeo burger and Mozzarella sticks. When we ordered, we ordered in and ate it at the comfy lounge area while watching the news. They even had hidden valley ranch packets to go, & it was awesome!
Kid-friendliness: We asked for Ben’s burger to be plain, with only bacon and cheese, and they delivered their promise! Will always enjoy stopping by here
