The young lady is retiring at the end of this week. She greeted us with a smile and gave great customer service. It was a very pleasant visit. Lobby was clean. The team was working well to get the orders out. As expected.

just left from there right now and they lady who was working the drive through was rude over the intercom, then she was rude while i was paying i order 2 8ct of nuggets and asked for ketchup and ranch she gave me one then i asked for barbecue aswell and she told me i had to pay for the sauce but doesn't sauce come with my nuggets? all

The food was served hot and fresh. We also spent less than 10 minutes in the drive through from start to finish. Annnnd the young lady who handed us our order not only greeted us, but thanked us for coming to Burger King with the most genuine smile. 5 ⭐'s from me. 🤗

Good service But if you’re going to have employees working with food their finger nails need to be cleaned! It’s 10/25/2025 @ 11:30 am and I just went through the drive thru and the guy was handing me my stuff. It his fingernails was DIRTY!! I’m just glad he was handing me the bag and not making the food! PLEASE CORRECT THIS! Make employees wash their hands and clean their fingernails please.

Tried the seasonal Jack O'lanter burger and Vampire nuggets. Great treats! The service was fast, professional and the order was correct. Staff was happy to serve with a smile and made the experience memorable.

If I could I would leave NO stars. I’ve given this place multiple chances at different times. The cashiers and other employees there are absolutely awful and rude beyond belief. We left this location and went to the one on Armistead and had absolutely no problems.
I come every morning to order my breakfast the drive cashier she’s the only fare complexed middle aged women there in the morning is rude I wouldn’t recommend no one to go there!!!!!!

We just left the drive thru and my husband paid for someone else's food because they screwed up at the drive thru. And then had the nerve to try to pass us the food. Had the order totally wrong. Someone else's card declined. This location needs new cashiers.
