The customer service is awful . Even the managers don't know how to speak to the customers. The lady manager that worked on the night shift was very rude, yelling at the window did even get the food because they were so rude.

The Peninsula Town Center Burger King location never seem to have hot coffee after a certain hour, usually past six o'clock 12-27-24,on a cold night, is that I expect a hot cup coffee, whether, one has to make a fresh cup or not. The corporate establishment will need to be contacted in reference to this matter. That may even be an inventory concern Thank you.

They got my order accurately and it was hot & fresh! Very delicious and delightful!! I didn't felt rushed to eat and depart the dining room! I took my time and thoroughly enjoyed my meal!!!

Y’all know that I don’t do “fast food” that often. Nevertheless, THIS BK IS THE BOMB ? DIGGITTY!!! The food, the people, the cleanliness (inside and out), everything. Probably why it was packed inside and cars lined up outside. When you’re in Hampton Roads, VA, and you want some BK, find this one and tell them that I sent you!

Will not be wasting my money at this place again it's been a long time since I ate fast food and this is the reason why I tried to get the lady to explain the deal and she was very rude that's all good though I'm going to be getting my money again the chicken sandwiches nasty had too much mayo and was thin so all I taste was Bread and mayo and they only gave me three of my four nuggets they were supposed to give me a $7 meal hahaha

The Cashier who looks like the manager argued with me about the price change. Was very rude and dismissive then wouldn't honor the $5 Meal as seen on the menu board. This is the pathetic whopper Jr I just received. As well as nasty looking cheese tots instead of my nuggets. When I approached the counter the cashier/manager was on the phone with someone complaining about me. Mind you she messed up 2 of the 3 orders she took before me. There is a more professional way to handle things. I have lost my appetite, my mood has changed and I wasted $6.80 of my money and my time.
