The food was nasty I ordered a whopper Wednesday and it was hot but my burger taste like bacon grease . Yuck 🤮 it was very nasty I don’t eat bacon burgers never. Service was long and i enjoyed riding by the BK.

No none pork options if you don't eat pork to bad no turkey substitute at all and you can't get extra eggs as a substitute for meat it costs more wow 👎🏽 i used to love burger king when it was have it your way .

It was 90 degrees on a Thursday, my grandson and I decided to take a walk,and we walked up to the drive thru because tou can’t go into the place to order and sit down and cool off, they refused to take my order because I walked to the drive thru, the girl inside the restaurant stated, “would you like for me to lose my job if I take your order.” I then said “you won’t lose your job I promise you, all I’m trying to do is give my grandson something cold to drink and eat, we’re not even from Virginia we are from Pennsylvania and we are just visiting, it was the closet place to walk from where my son lives, this was not the American way, this was very disappointing.”
If it's fast food you want, stay away from here. There was only two people in line at the time and they asked me what my order was. They got cars backed up and people waiting. Very slow and very unorganized. Burger King do better.

This is the worst BK! The customer service. Is HORRIBLE. It's not the first time. The manager is a MANAGER/SUPERVISOR??? How she even get the position? She's the worst of them all.

This was the best burger I've had in years... it was great a couple days ago... I convinced my daughter to come back to BK.... that Bacon King! Armistead did amazingly! Thank you for consistency!

ALWAYS THE Slowest service in the city! 3 stars cause the fries be fresh but I get mad at myself for coming back every time they tell me pull around nd wait on my lil order
Following a family expenditure exceeding $35 at your establishment, my two-year-old daughter required restroom access prior to resuming our journey. Approaching the designated window, I was informed by the manager that restrooms were unavailable, despite clear exterior signage indicating otherwise. After explaining this to my wife, she inquired with the manager, who cited security concerns as justification. Despite my wife's explanation regarding our daughter's age, access was denied. This incident reflects a regrettable decline in customer and employee relations, impacting employees who are forced to refuse service under these circumstances.

Drive through only and with a 9ft clearance many utility trucks won’t fit, sucks when they give zero notice on the signs for the place
