Shows that it's open on this site. Placed an order (with credit card) just to get to the restaurant and find out that it is closed for the holidays. They need to update their operating status on here because I think this is false advertising. Luckily my card was in a pending status and got kicked back.

I ordered food for pick up at 5:50 since they close at 7 pm. We received confirmation at 6:10 that the food would be ready between 6:30 and 6:45. We arrived at 6:50 and the restaurant was locked with the lights off. To say we were incredibly confused and livid is an understatement. This place is unprofessional and I wouldn't waste your time.

Small spot, almost passed it, figured decent for a quick work lunch. Between the group had a few different items, all of em so good we came back a second day. Alligator sausage and shrimp po boy worth getting everyday. Definitely stop if you're nearby.

Small place that doesn't look like much, but it's a true diamond in the rough. Food is INCREDIBLE. Crab cakes are 9/10 for taste 10/10 for price. Great home style fresh fries. Amazing coleslaw and hush puppies. Super fast high quality and awesome friendly staff. My new favorite seafood spot. Shrimp, scallops fish and the MFINGCRABCAKES are a forced to reckoned with. Highly recommended.

My first time ordering, ordered through Door Dash. Chose the Shrimp Po’boy and was definitely worth buying. Great portion size, fresh ingredients and the shrimp were perfectly seasoned.
Just moved to Hampton from Norfolk 30 days ago. Love the DoorDash selections such as Captain Jack's. The combination seafood platter was only $21 and enough for two. The potato salad (with egg) only needed to sit overnight for the flavors to mix (mine is in the refrigerator for tomorrow), the collards were good and all of the seafood was fresh. The platter came with shrimp, scallops, and fish choice (fries and roll).

Never been here before and the food was great. If you want a pleasant big surprise, then eat here. There is no dining area except for a few outside benches. I will definitely frequent this place often.

This place is ridiculous. They are never open when they say they will be open. It does not make any sense. I have driven there at least 5 times on different occasions and they have been closed. Just tried to order on Grub hub, and waited for 20 minutes just to learn that they are in fact not open.
