The atmosphere was very welcoming and the food was delicious. Service was prompt and the staff are attentive and polite. We will definitely be returning!

People were friendly enough, Kayloni was the one to do my order and was pleasant to talk with.
Food was good, I got a Greek Chicken Pita and 2 sides of pita with a side of Taziki sauce and it tasted great. I also got a mix for my drink of cucumber mint lime tea, and the lavender one and these too also tasted great.

Didn’t eat just left because the workers were too busy entertaining each other to even speak. They all just kept doing what they were doing.. I stood there about 5 mins before I was attended to. I noticed one of the young girls had her shirt tied in the back, exposing her back which didn’t offend me but it definitely speaks on the overall professionalism.
Please keep the staff that has been here in the past month or two. The quality of the falafels has improved. The customer service is great every time I order pickup. The food overall is great. The portion sizes are great but if you expect more then you need to pay more, simple. You need to be willing to pay extra if you want a bigger portion.

Went in to Cava and receive AMAZING customer service from a young lady name Brianna. She was very informative and showed willingness to help.Her suggestions and guiding me through my first Cava experience was Superb. Great job picking this employee!

I absolutely love Cava and was excited to know that there was a location in Hampton closer to my office. I had been driving to Newport News, which was pretty time consuming. I have been to the Hampton location 2 times within a few weeks and I have been disappointed both times. The first time I requested chicken and lamb balls and I did not receive chicken. Yesterday some of my other toppings were omitted and I found a piece of plastic inside of my bowl (possibly from packaging). I was given a credit for the missing chicken when I reached out to support. I may give them another try, but I may have to take the ride to Newport News. I don't want to give up on Cava as a whole, so maybe just the Hampton location ?.

The crew is always highly professional and efficient. The food is the best grab and go quality food in all of Hampton. This is a special place. I recommend any investment savvy customers to invest in the company shares while they are still low the price per share will double in the next five years.

Upon walking in. One of the male workers was extremely friendly and pleasant. He greeted us and seemed cheerful. There were 3-4 other workers present. No one else greeted us or acknowledged us. One of the female workers was playing extremely aggressively with her other coworker with a wet towel.. and some of the water flew on me as well.
She then proceeded to take my order and used little to no words when addressing me. Which was odd given she was just attacking her coworker. The other two or three workers didn’t acknowledge us and left us at the register for which felt like forever. Enough time for me and my partner to almost leave the food. Until we were greeted by another worker who made us extremely uncomfortable because of the lack of professionalism and his gaze upon us as a couple. The food here is phenomenal but I can’t say the same about the customer service/staff. Please do hear me and investigate your workers/internal affairs.
This was the worst cava that I’ve been to. The roasted vegetables on the line looked to be made two weeks ago so I asked for some fresh. The girl turned around was consulting with a cook for 3 minutes before telling me it’ll be 6 minutes. Once I agreed she turned around and consulted with him another couple of minutes. Why would you want to serve a customer old product and if a customer is willing to wait for fresh why make them feel uncomfortable? I mean we are paying for this food right? Its not free…
