I use to love Chanello's pizza until I ordered a medium specialty Hawaiian pizza and a Large supreme pizza. When I opened the box of the Hawaiian pizza there was a pubic hair in it. Sitting right on top of one slice. I threw both boxes away. Very disgusting to play with someone's food that they paid for.

Ordered pizza and wings with mild sauce got home and it tasted like it was sweet Caribbean pork sauce. No heat at all. Waited 25 minutes for food and the entire time listen to this women complain about her two days a week job here. Also pizza dough was just sitting out on the counter in a large baking sheet making dough over rise. With a plastic sheet barley on it. Pizza was mutilated creased not cut into 3 inch squares not normal cut pizza shape I ordered a pizza pie, not a pizza cake. Definitely not going back there again🤢

When you order something that looks delicious on the picture and you get it and it looks absolutely like 99 cents microwave Pizza you begin to wonder how these places stay in business.

Food was bland. Options of pizza toppings were extremely limited and food was unseasoned. The pizza looked as if they were holding back cheese and pepperoni to create a lather profit margin. This was my first time and I was not impressed.

Be careful. Somebody that works there on 1/23/25(sunday) @ approximately 10:00pm, over charge my card excessively, but it's all good bc I'm calling corporate nd cancelling my card 1st thing Monday morning 1/24/25, and I gave the delivery guy a $5 tip, the order was for a 10inch pizza with green peppers, it's all good tho, I gotchu!!!!

Ok ive been a customer of this establishment for many years . I feel.like the manger of this place could care less ! Every single order is always messed up ! From forgetting food ..today forgot my drinks again one-time left the burned pizza pan in my pizza box ! What's up these people! I'm not longer a customer as of today . Management and the owner need to get it together

The staff are so lovely! I accidentally ordered at a different location, and Nick & Spring were able to help in getting my order out quickly. Thanks so much guys! Owner- these guys deserve a raise!

Ordered some pizzas and called 15mins later on the way there to make sure they had what we wanted. Was told they were making the order. Get there and order is not made. Okay. We were happy to wait because it was late. Waited a while. When we get home with the pizzas, mine was literally raw on one side.

I would love for a manager to call me regarding my order. We placed an online order. Waited 20 mins after it was suppose to be ready. Took the food home. All 3 items were wrong. Tried to call the store 3 times. They kept answering and putting me on hold. Went back up to the store. Told them I got all wrong food. They told me they had to re make everything. Would be 15 mins. After 20 mins they said they had it ready, this time I checked it and they gave me the exact wrong order again. I'm still at the store. My food was supposed to be ready at 625 it's now 745. They gave the remade wings away and had to make it again for the third time. The manager is yelling at her employees. Complete shitshow.
