Chanello's Pizza #26 Todds Lane

Got a flyer in the mail, and I want to support a locally owned business, so decided to try them. I've only been there once, and I only had the pizza (ham and pineapple, meat lovers). I thought the pizza was on par with Poppa John's. To me that says a lot because Poppa John's is my favorite. The prices are comparable to the big chains. Took about 20 minutes for my order. I'll definitely give them another try.

Food is pretty standard for a pizza place. The company needs to reevaluate who they hire and hire more people there was an older white female berating the company to a guy waiting for his pizza. I suppose he’s a regular she seemed very comfortable talking with him. She seemed overworked and said she had been working all day with no relief so I’m sure she was burnt out. All in all sounds like they are short staffed at this location.

I watched the lady touch the register, money, and counters then to make the food without washing her hands or gloves. I had to walk out.

The food is great but I hate that every time I go there there's a lady there that begs for tips and has some kinda story on either she doesn't get paid enough or homeless or something. I understand tipping drivers but I shouldn't feel like I have to tip when I pick up my own food unless I want to. But other than that it's a wonderful place

I got two subs from here and they look horrible and went I took them back they didn't even try to fix them they just asked do I want a refund

Wanted a Ham & cheese Sub ! What I thought would come with lettuce tomato mayo ! Instead I got a footlong dry a** sandwich! & my husband brought two so $21 for what ??? A waste ! I called to see if they could fix it & they hung up ! Very disappointed smh

We've been loyal to Chanellos for about 3 years now. They never let down. We've tried other places like UR pizza but they don't compare. Will continue to get Chanellos.

i work at the shipyard and get out late and want some pizza so i stop by here otw home, and every time i go in the guy behind the counter (nick is his name) always gets me right, never messed up an order and always respectful. 5 out of 5 stars and he deserves a raise

I am truly disappointed in this meal. This is our first and last time ordering from here- we ordered a specialty pizza, garlic parm wings and cheesy bread.

I did not pay $50 for rock hard cheesy bread (that made my jaw sore) with barely any cheese (tasted like cardboard), pizzas with minimal toppings, and rubbery, fatty wings tossed in butter and garlic salt. On top of the food quality, we had an item missing from our order.

This was one of most disgusting meals I have had in a long time, and as two college students, we don’t have the funds to buy a second dinner tonight.

Please make this right to your customers. I would have preferred walking across the street to a gas station- they have bigger, better and higher quality food items than your restaurant.
