Chanello's Pizza #26 Todds Lane

I sat in a Dennys and didn’t get served, left and happen to see the branch still open at 1:45am. I ran inside and the staff on duty were very patient and accommodating, I APPRECIATE THEM SO MUCH! Nick & Crystal YOU ROCK. The owner and any guests should know how great the customer service is, and the food hit the spot!! Little hidden gem, thank you for working late and being there to take care of me! Give them a raise!

I order a large pizza from the chanellos on todds lane. When I opened the box there was a bug (looked like a small roach) in the box. I called the store to let them know and whoever answered the phone and other workers in the background laughed and basically tried to say I was lying. They told me they would bring another pizza if I gave them the one delivered back. I told him I threw it out but it's sitting on the top of my trash outside uneaten and I would give it to him. He extremely rude and when I asked who the manager was he said he was and when I asked who was above him he said none of your business and hung up on me. I called back to get corporates number and he wouldn't give it to me so I had to call another location to get the number. I then called backand when I asked what the name of the manager for that locatio. Was whoever answeres said marquis and hung up on me. This person also told me I was miserable because I kept calling. No I just spent $30 on a pizza that I can't eat and all they had to do was apologize and send another pizza. I will be making a complaint to the BBB.

I always LOVE Chanellos!!!! Best best Pizza and doesn't cost you an arm and a leg!!!! They have GREAT DEALS!!!! You don't compromise on taste for cost either! Crust is good, sauce isn't to tart, use REAL ingredients, even sliced garlic on their gourmet pizzas!!!!

The woman who answered the phone should probably get another job if she’s that unhappy to take a two second order. Didn’t ask my name or tell me how long it would take. I show up and half of my order is ready so I have a hot pizza and cold pizza. I always go to this location over driving to Kings St but I’m getting ready to start making that drive again.

I order here almost every other night and never had a problem tonight I get my food and 1 of my chicken wings was half eaten I spoke with Tammy who totally disrespectfully disregarded the whole situation and actually laughed at the fact the hung up the phone before I could even get a corporate number or

(Delivery) It's the alright-e-est pizza ever. They forgot the dipping sauce. They somehow managed to both uncooked and burn the brownie. Won't be having this pizza unless it's free for a work appreciation thing.

I ordered a gourmet pizza and paid a premium price only to get home with someone else’s order. Then when I returned to the store with the wrong pizza. I received no apology not even offered a free drink while I wait again for my order to be remade. Should have take a refund instead. Going home and having to come back ruined my appetite. Will have to find another pizza eatery. Oh well.
