I will never purchase a sub here EVER. I ordered from the one off of Todd's lane in Hampton. I got a baked Italian sub but it only had 2 very very thin slices of ham and two very very thin slice of salami, like paper thin. It was basically an onion tomato and jalepeno sandwich drowned in mayo!!! I couldn't eat it. After 2 bites I threw it away. It was very disappointing considering I was at work and was soooo hungry!! But at least it took my appetite away. Never again.

UPDATE (Jan 13): Still no resolution. After my initial review, the owner asked me to email them directly. I sent the first email on Jan 3rd and a follow-up, Jan 12th. I have received zero response. Very disappointed in the lack of professional communication regarding my refund.
I am writing to formally request a full refund of $44.00 for an order placed at your Todd’s Lane location on December 26th at 6pm. The experience was characterized by poor food quality, unprofessional management, and concerning food safety practices.
Summary of Issues:
• Initial Order Errors: Two of the three subs were prepared incorrectly, and the cheese fries contained a negligible amount of fries.
• Unprofessional Conduct: Upon returning the food as requested, the manager on duty questioned my integrity and insisted on manually inspecting the returned subs before agreeing to a remake.
• Health & Safety Concerns: The manager took the returned subs—which had already been inside my home—behind the preparation counter. I observed what appeared to be the original meat being transferred to new bread, and the returned food was kept in close proximity to other customers' orders.
• Poor Quality of Remake: The remade subs were served with burnt cheese and were inedible. Furthermore, because of the 20-minute delay and the manager’s refusal to replace the now-cold fries, the entire meal was wasted.
I am disappointed that I spent $44 on a dinner my family could not eat. Given the combination of poor service and the breach of food safety protocols regarding returned items in the prep area, I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method.
I look forward to your prompt response and confirmation of the refund. I have already sent an email on the website however have yet to receive a response.

Everytime I try to order take out they always asking for a Tip ! Like it’s unprofessional.. it makes me feel like if I don’t have enough for tip my pizza my b tampered with.. no other chancellors does this.. it’s disgusting
My boyfriend and I had ordered a large pizza with cinnamon knots from here since we haven’t had Chanellos in a while. While the pizza was good, the cinnamon knots were burnt, did not come with frosting, and are literally swimming in an inch of butter or oil in the container! I know that this type of food is not the healthiest, but ive never seen anything like this. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again 😕

Got a flyer in the mail, and I want to support a locally owned business, so decided to try them. I've only been there once, and I only had the pizza (ham and pineapple, meat lovers). I thought the pizza was on par with Poppa John's. To me that says a lot because Poppa John's is my favorite. The prices are comparable to the big chains. Took about 20 minutes for my order. I'll definitely give them another try.

Food is pretty standard for a pizza place. The company needs to reevaluate who they hire and hire more people there was an older white female berating the company to a guy waiting for his pizza. I suppose he’s a regular she seemed very comfortable talking with him. She seemed overworked and said she had been working all day with no relief so I’m sure she was burnt out. All in all sounds like they are short staffed at this location.

The food is great but I hate that every time I go there there's a lady there that begs for tips and has some kinda story on either she doesn't get paid enough or homeless or something. I understand tipping drivers but I shouldn't feel like I have to tip when I pick up my own food unless I want to. But other than that it's a wonderful place
