This has been by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have visited. I have been visiting this location for 3 years regularly and it is never quick! I have currently this morning been sitting in this drive thru for 10 mins and I haven't made it around the building to speak with anyone. The parking lot is the worst and one drive thru lane is closed cars are back up in the main street and it is literally always like this. I think a better system for the mobile orders would be a great change because I have now ordered 15 mins ago and it is not convenient or safe to go inside due to the parking lot set up. You have to go around the drive thru to get inside, and it is blocked. I am pregnant and walking from the next parking lot to get inside is a hassle right now and hurts to walk, hence the reasoning behind using their drive thru.

The other Chic chick-fil-A restaurants I have gone to would give a regular lemonade refill after have the pineapple dragonflruit lemonade. My daughter was told no and that she would have to purchase another pineapple dragonflruit drink.
this place sucks, they're slow and take forever to even put out an order even though they have so many people working and a few times i've waited 40 minutes in line before and my food was all cold and gross
