This has been by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have visited. I have been visiting this location for 3 years regularly and it is never quick! I have currently this morning been sitting in this drive thru for 10 mins and I haven't made it around the building to speak with anyone. The parking lot is the worst and one drive thru lane is closed cars are back up in the main street and it is literally always like this. I think a better system for the mobile orders would be a great...
The other Chic chick-fil-A restaurants I have gone to would give a regular lemonade refill after have the pineapple dragonflruit lemonade. My daughter was told no and that she would have to purchase another pineapple dragonflruit drink.
What can you say is Chick-fil-A Gods chicken. Does it get any better because you actually talk to a person who is friendly and nice maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to go through the drive-thru even if you weren't hungry just to talk to the people to have great attitudes LOL
