This was definitely one of the top 5 worst experiences I've had at a food establishment. It was a hot day, and I was craving a cold treat. When I got there, I noticed two people ahead of me in the express pickup line, while the regular drive-thru had no customers at all. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes in the express line, watching it get backed up and cleared out twice. I made eye contact with several staff members, but they completely ignored me. After nearly 20 minutes, one employee finally acknowledged my presence, and all that waiting was just for a single milkshake. To top it off, they got my order wrong and gave me the wrong flavor. What a letdown!

If I could give this location a -0 rating I would. Everything about this location absolutely sucks. Mr. James Perry really needs to reevaluate his self & his so called management team. I will NEVER spend a penny at this location again. Idc if it was the last CFA in Hampton you will never ever get my business. Do better

Every since they’ve changed management this location has went down hill for me the employees aren’t friendly anymore the services in dry-thru is horrible they gave my food to the wrong customer after I flagged the young gentleman down to let him know it was my food every time I order my food reminding you I always order mobile they haven’t got the services right thumbs down for me please bring back th old management please

I came and ordered breakfast for myself and my family. I got all the way home and was missing part of my order. When I got back to the restaurant, I’m assuming she was the MOD, proceeded to try and justify that the new employee didn’t hear the order correctly, charged me and made it incorrect. So Incompetence is what’s served at this location.

very pissed off because everytime i order doordash its something missing . im 6 months pregnant waited forever for my food for yall to forget something as simple as the SAUCE when its literally on my order AND on the bag . idk if because its a doordash order yall got lazy & dont care but when did CFA become the new mcdonalds .

Let me start off by saying Chick-Fil-A has always been good and consistent. This location, unfortunately, is the first one to break that trend, at least for me. Every time I go here there is an issue. If it was a one off, I would not write a review. It's not a one-off. It's every time, at least at this location. The last three times it has been: charging me for a frozen specialty drink (frosted lemonade or whatever its called) and giving me a regular lemonade, bringing my 2 sandwich meals and kids meal in 4 trips to my car when I was the only one in line (drinks, then one sandwich meal, then another meal, then a bag supposedly with a kids meal) -- in this same trip they put the fries for the adult food in the kids meal bag and nothing else -- no kids meal, they consistently don't put sauce in the bag.
If you are so "efficient" that you have close to twenty people working the drive through, please stop screwing everything up. It's never slammed when I have gone, I go at off-times to avoid the line, so there is no excuse for this to keep happening. If you go here, please do yourself a favor and check everything before you pull off. Better yet, go to one of the better Chick-Fil-A locations (any of them except this one).
I think they just have too many "cooks in the kitchen" and it's ending up with things getting messed up. It really pains me to post this, but I feel like if it has happened to me here multiple times I should take the hint and just save others some trouble. I'm not one of those people getting special orders, they are messing up kids meals and just normal sandwich meals. That's rough.

Employees are rude & lazy 1/2 the time. Make sure you check the bag because several times I've received the wrong items. Just go to the Coliseum Drive location b/c they are much closer to the classic Chick-Fil-A standard of customer service. No one responds when you contact them via the CARES form, which is ironic because they definitely don't CARE about the customer.
Make SURE YOUR FOOD IS FRESH. THE MAJORITY OF CHIC-FIL-A'S sell you overheated food that's been sitting under heat lamps for hrs.
Vegetarian options: Some not msny!!

Kid-friendliness: If it has a playplace that's closed in its good for kids. Otherwise your kids will get bored n artsy.Its suppose to be a christian organization? The attitudes of employees is not very plessant.
