The quality of food at Chick-fil-A is always good but this location often forgets items. I’ve had them forget items twice in one week. I prefer to go to the location on Coliseum if I want to have all of my food in the bag and not have to come back after I get home.

I visit often and today was not the best .. customer service was good as usual but the food was not hot , not one item I ordered was hot had to send the fries back for hot ones .. it was a $19 waste today!! I normally have no complaints but today again was not good

Kim at the drive through was very rude to us, she cut us off multiple times throughout our order and got upset when we used cash instead of card, saying that “it takes too long.” Food was good but we were not pleased with how we were treated. The gentleman handing us our food named Ezra was very nice when we told him about the situation.

As always with most chic-fil-a locations, you receive very fast and friendly service. The line moves quickly and your order is always correct. If anything is wrong, the staff makes sure to go above and beyond to ensure everything is made right and the problem is resolved immediately. Highly recommend this location!

Sat in the mobile drive thru lane for a whole 10 minutes while the stood around talking and laugh loudly and no one in line and no one asked us if we had a order so we had to yell in there to ask for the rest of our order because they didn’t give it all to us the first time we were there

I'm not one to write negatively about any establishment, especially one from which I have in the past received great service. Unfortunately, on my last visit, I received less than satisfactory service. I placed a mobile order on the app which I was charged for. When I arrived in time to receive my order but had to 🫸🏾 in line. Long story short when I we inside for assistance I was not greeted until after standing for 5 minutes. I explained my issue and was told that my order was cancelled because breakfast ended 5 minutes ago. I was told this happened automatically and I would be refunded. I was not and honestly, it's only $8 I'm not bothered by that but rather the fact I was told I need to take the issue up with my bank because the issue wasn't on their end. I have never been told this by an establishment before and usually at the very least they would throw a few points on your account for a sandwich or something. I'm not reporting an unauthorized charge on my bank account which may lead to my card getting frozen for $8. Value your customers I know this may be a policy issue or whatnot but I still feel like for a place that claims to value customer service that wasn't done in this situation.

The only Chic fil a on the peninsula with rude employees. It is not “my pleasure” spending my money here. Employee did not put sandwich in bag told me hold bag up so he can the sticker. To prove to him I ordered and paid for a sandwich. He saw the ticket first while preparing the bag. Maybe this is how he gets free food. Came back with sandwich with an attitude. 😂 I asked for what I paid for and you should have at least attempted to play it off. By saying oh I apologize.

This is the second time that I have placed an order here and got it wrong. My order clearly states that I’ve asked for 12ct nuggets and keep getting chicken minis every single time! And when I try to call them about it the line doesn’t seem to do anything but ring and tell me to put in a pin. I’m so upset bcs one mistake okay it happens but everytime I place this order is very concerning. Are we not reading screens correctly. The expeditor lack training.. whatever it is it has got to be fixed. Paying $7 for nuggets and getting something so not worth it is upsetting. Second nugget pic was mobile order and the bag has all my personal information. But nonetheless it was my exact same order with the addition of a drink & it was not correct

I really have no idea why they ever ask you what sauce you want, cause they never put it in the bag. The orders are never correct.

I have been coming here for over 5 years spent countless times enjoying food here. And possibly hundreds of dollars.

But there was an individual at the drive thru with tattoos on her neck and jumbled teeth who just did not respect me.

I went through the mobile drive-through because my wife and I had placed an order through the app for pickup. I know some establishments are different but I was always treated with the outmost respect on other ones.

When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted — the employee just asked, “Did you order through the mobile app for pickup?” I said yes and asked politely, “Would you like me to come inside to pick up the food, or should I stay here?”

Instead of answering my question, she kept talking over me, explaining how the app works and telling me I needed to drive back around to order again. I didn’t need an explanation — I just wanted to know the proper way to pick up my food.

Then, at the end of it all, she said something along the lines of, “You need to talk to your wife about that,” implying I should communicate with her better since she placed the order. This is Chick-fil-A.

I came to pick up food, not to get relationship advice. All I needed was my order, not unnecessary comments or attitude

Mobile thru is supposed to be convenient, however I had to sit and wait for them to clear the regular line first as I watched people get their food who had not even ordered yet when I scanned the QR sign. I was the ONLY person in mobile thru with approximately 20 cars in the regular line. For the record, I only ordered two kids meals.
