Why bother buying a salad if they forget the dressing and all the other toppings.
The chick fil A by CNU is best so I’d recommend everyone go there instead.

The worst chick fil a I have ever visited. The short dark skinned lady who is supposed to be a manager yelled at me in the drive through on November 5th roughly around 9pm, I was in a white Altima. I sat being another car patiently waiting sever times as they had some incident occurring themselves. I did not like the sweet tea and asked for a Dr Pepper instead, no problem. They fixed it. What occurred then is what sets this establishment far from any other “Chick-fil-A experience of solid good customer service” the manager asked me to pull forward to wait for my drink after I had been waiting behind another vehicle. I kindly said no thank you, I’ll wait right here for my drink because I have been sitting behind this other vehicle while they handled their issue. She did not want to hand me my drink demanding me that I pull forward and I refused, at this point the drink was already made and sitting on the counter as she continued to demand me to move forward. Then she finally says alright JESUS CHRIST GIVE HER THE DAMN DRINK… excuse me? I thought Chick-fil-A was a Christian establishment? I was absolutely appalled, as I don’t even speak of the lords name in vein, but this is the type of behavior a manager is displaying ???? Absolutely will not support this establishment again, and will be going to corporate.

Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A they are changing where you pick up delivery orders. Some days it’s through regular drive thru, some days it’s through mobile order drive thru, and other days it’s at the pick up window. There needs to be a designated pick up for delivery orders. I just sat in line for 10 mins when I could’ve went to the window, when last time I was told from the window to go through the drive thru.

James Perry, you need to rehire staff immediately. I placed an order through door dash and I didn’t receive my whole order. I called the store over 20 times and they didn’t answer, when they did answer they hung up, I called back the lady said “yes” so I’m like is this chick fila and she hung up. This is the worse customer service ever. I would like a refund on the order I didn’t receive. I was told this store is independently owned, I will never pay my money to buy establishment.

I ordered for two sandwich meals, an order of nuggets, and a bowl of soup on the mobile app. Each meal allowed for two sauces, which came out to 6 sauces. When I arrived at the window and prior to receiving my food I asked for a packet of hot sauce for my soup (I like it spicy). The employee handed me hot sauce and my order, but when I looked inside the bag there was only one sauce…for three people! I let the employee know I ordered two sauces for each meal and the girl inside told her to only give me one more. I restated that I was still short four sauces since I was allowed two for each meal and she the told the girl at the window that she put sauce in the back and for me to check. I checked again, pulling everything out of my bag and no, she did not put 6 in the bag, only one. Then she begrudgingly handed the girl at the window 3 more sauces (for a total of five) and told her that was all I was getting and didn’t hide her irritation when they told me to have a nice day and gave me an irritated “my pleasure” when I thanked them. I ordered $40 worth of food and all I can say is they have some nerve raising the prices to what they have and then ignoring there own policy about sauces just to be stingy. How is it acceptable to give one sauce for three people and then argue about it?! I am so disappointed because I have been a Chick Fil A customer for years, but lately they are acting like all the other fast food places.

Chick-fil-A Newmarket had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a milkshake and was asked to pull forward, where I waited for 10 minutes. When I asked about the whip cream and cherry, they took my milkshake, brought it back, and simply said they were out—without any courtesy. The staff had an attitude the entire time, and it was only 8:00pm, far from closing.

I understand employees may be ready to wrap up for the night, but that’s no excuse for poor service. Please do better.

⭐ 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Even though Newmarket is closest to me, I will gladly drive to Market Place or Coliseum for better service and convenience.
