Loved this place food is excellent but..... I just went in the Hampton location and was going to buy a LG sassy scotty but there was none. As the young lady was getting container she used her hand to slick back her hair then proceeded to fill my container with the chicken salad. Did not wash hands or anything. Sorry but that is extremely unsanitary. Will not get my service again...

I love this place! There is a variety of flavors for all pallets and the food is light but filling. My favorite is the lemon basil, but I also like some of the fruity ones. My husband rotates between the three spicy flavors and really enjoys them all. The grape salad is amazing, my only complaint is that I wish the portion was bigger. The strawberry lemonade is really good too.

I really wanted it to be great but..... The chicken salad is salty, the turkey was just deli processed style , restaurant smelled funky. Broccoli salad serving was microscopic!!!! 2 bites and it was gone ! Unreal !!!! Make it at home and save $26 !!!!

Everything was decent, grape salad was mushy and rotten and had stems in it, unfortunately I couldn’t finish it and had to pick through to find grapes that weren’t rotted. I see no effort made to serve fresh food to me this evening, this could have been so much better than it was.

For $15 you can make this sandwich and TEN grapes at home. I asked for regular crackers and the manager gave me wheat 😂😂 If I would've known I wouldnt have gotten a decent side of grapes I would've gotten soup or more chicken salad. For $15 this is a rip off and I will not return thank you I would've gotten Panera bread combo deal much more food

First time coming here & the staff were super friendly. Customer service is 10 stars! I had my heart set on a chicken salad with a salad and cucumbers. Unfortunately they were out of cucumbers & Jordan was so nice she offered me a different meal completely complimentary.

First time trying chicken salad chick ever and it was just an amazing experience! First thing to address, the young lady named Trinity working the front counter was nothing but respectful , helpful , and overall just very sweet. She’s a genuine worker that helped me pick my meal for today, she recommended me the jalapeño holly melt on a croissant and I enjoyed every bite of it! Everything was fresh and hot while my food got out to me very quickly. Great food, amazing service , a decently kept dine in service, and the dining room blew away my expectations for how well maintenance/ clean it was. Trinity was always kept busy whether she would be serving another customer cleaning the drink machines or wiping down used tables. Would definitely recommend and I will be back!
So while we drive up from PA for some beach time, I decided to stop by for a sandwich and grape side salad, but what I got was a sandwich soaked in mayo juice from a side of broccoli salad! The best part and only part I enjoyed was the buttercream frosted cookie that came with my meal. If only the kitchen was more proficient in getting ordered correct.

My review was silenced but I’m putting it back. I asked for lettuce and tomato on the side and the gave me no cheese or bacon? They said that meant I wanted it plain and were extremely nasty about it. That makes no sense you would’ve atleast given me the cheese and bacon on the side. Since then I have NOT spent my money at this establishment again.

Was happy to find one of these in Hampton. I've been a fan of this chain since they started in Auburn. Our food was served quickly despite it being busy at lunchtime. The ice machine was out of order, and the Diet Coke syrup was almost out when I got it. I poured it out and got a Coke Zero instead. Otherwise our food was great. I'd definitely come back to this location.

I used to love this place but I keep getting chewy piece in my sandwich. I have pulled out stringy rubbery pieces in the chicken salad but this one takes the cake. Idk what the heck I pulled out. I tried to attach pictures. They do need to do way better shedding the chicken. Make sure there's no skin or cartilage left behind.
