Dominique provided our food with a great smile. She came back after we ate and inquired if we enjoyed the meal. We definitely said yes, because she gave us a good recommendation of her favorite meal. This was my first time coming here, and also getting food here. It was amazing! The service was awesome. The cashier that told me about the menu had excellent service and was knowledgeable about the menu. I got the Classic Chicken Salad sandwich on croissant bread. I also had the Mac and cheese, which was delicious! The other sandwich pictured has Olivia’s Old Fashioned chicken salad on toasted croissant bread with the new menu item: the Bacon Melt. The side was tomato bisque, which was also good! The last picture is a kid’s meal. It comes with a Smuckers wheat pb&j and the side is a cup of fresh fruit. The fruit wasn’t that fresh because some of the grapes were old, but the rest of them and the strawberries were good! Each meal came with a delicious cookie! The Christmas cookie icing tasted like cinnamon. The place was clean and very nice.

Amazing chicken salad. So many options. Hard to choose just one! Def a crowd pleaser. Don’t sleep on the grape salad…sooo good!
From the time you walk in, the menu is clearly posted and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and very fresh! This can easily become my new favorite eatery. A free mini cookie with every meal! It makes you want to order a large cookie....and what can I say about the white chocolate cake!!! OH SOOO GOOD!!!
The chicken salad with the cranberries had a couple cranberries in the entire sandwich, pickles seemed old and dried out, fruit salad was old and grapes were turning brown, mac and cheese wasn't very good, and while most of the tables were empty, we had to search for a clean one.

This is a really amazing location and I absolutely love Chicken Salad Chick. I particularly wanted to leave a review for the family meal that they offer. It is the most economical tastiest satisfying meal I could purchase for my family of five. I a a married mother of three boys two of which are picky eaters so I was hesitant to purchase but became the cost made since I did. It was the best decision I could have made! My kids and husband loved the food, it was enough for leftovers and I didn’t feel bad for grabbing a quick meal after a long day of work. And the bread OMG! I do not normally eat bread with my chicken salad let alone white bread however, I got it for the rest of my family thinking the wheat berry option would be a bit much. When I tell you that this bread is surely mixed with the bread of heaven, I am not lying!? This is the only explanation I can give to explain how absolutely delicious it was!! So, If you like chicken salad and great tasting food, this is the place for you!! Try it for yourself!!!

Enjoyed my first visit here, the staff is very knowledgeable on the menu made great suggestions. The food was good also had Poquoson library there with free books for the kiddos and kids eat free today. My little got a good book, seeds to grow flowers and a bookmark. While waiting for our order the manager came out and let us know they were about to have story time. This place has great food and very family friendly! Definitely will be back
