Just go down the street.
The food itself isn't the problem. The way this location is managed doesn't seem to work. Food on the floor. Food all over the counters. Nobody managing mobile orders. Receipts spilling out of the kitchen. Just as many flies as customers. All the employees seemed stressed out or completely removed from the job. I'm usually pretty understanding towards food service employees, but the management here is so bare minimum. If I had never been to Chipotle before I'd genuinely think they don't care about the customer. Took me 26 minutes to recieve a mobile order made 14 minutes PRIOR to my arrival. Order was still wrong. Just go eat at a different location don't eat here.

The food is typical chipotle. Usually Pretty solid. This specific location tends to be an absolute mess when it comes to cleanliness. not one table is clean. there’s trash and food on the ground, tables and near the drinks. service is normally okay at best

LISTENNN this 5 star is strictly for MADELYN the GM !!! I got an order for my friend and after watching Madelyn make the order I hopped back online for myself. MADELYN DONT EVERRR LEAVE ME LIKE THAT!!!! And to the coworker she was talking to, I hope you didn’t try that “Mac” cause she ain’t make it… but just by the way she LOADED these bowls… I KNOW that ham was like that!!! She gives “season until the ancestors stop you” LOL 😂 But honestly even though it was busy her positivity, her attitude, and her work ethic shows!!! You’re good in my book, and if I don’t see your face when I walk in… just know I’ll be back when you’re on the clock 😂😂😂🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

the store was completely dirty. there was no sense of urgency from the workers. i got a bowl and kids meal. i told them no beans on the kids meal due to an allergy and they proceeded to put beans in the compartment anyways. there were no chips as well. the drink station was dirty and filled with trash. none of the organic lemonades were filled. if i could put zero stars i would!!

The lead line person that took our order was very reluctant to be at work today. I watched him take a drink from his water bottle, open/close the lid with the gloves he had been serving others with, wrapped a lady's tortillas with same contaminated gloves and tried to take my order with them still. I politely ask him to change his gloves and then suddenly he moves at sloth speed. While taking my full order he's flinging spoons around possibly annoyed that I even asked him to change his gloves.
The line area needed to be tended to, but he was more focused on talking to someone outside the line and back in the kitchen, rather than hearing my order.
Very unprofessional and pretty doggone rude. He could have switched with someone like he did when my man's order was taken. Asking you to be sanitary shouldn't warrant such an attitude!

The food is always good- they were busy and worked well together - very nice. But they didn’t put my guac or queso in the bag. I’m so sad I got all the way home & no dips for my chips. :(

I went there around 3::30 pm on Tuesdays. Once inside and walk to the counter I immediately noticed the counters and floors were disgusting. Liquid and food was everywhere on the floors and countertops. Very badly managed!

Chips are consistently stale at this location. I’ve given it several tries at different times in the day. Always stale. Also I found a hair (definitely wasn’t mine) and an avocado sticker in my burrito bowl this last time 🤢. They should really stop over-prepping the chips and just make them fresh and have a little attention to detail with everything else. I miss the quality chipotle had pre-Covid, hoping to find a better location.

I took my granddaughter here and the first thing I noticed was how unhappy all the servers looked behind the line. That is not hospitality. The second thing I noticed was how filthy the food lines were. There was food all over the line and nothing was cleaned up; there was food on the floor behind the line that no one bothered to sweep up. The last disgusting thing my granddaughter discovered was a hair in her food! I have never been to that restaurant before, and now I definitely will never be back.

Went to the store on 03/22/25 (Saturday) to pick up my and my sister's online order for 4:50 pm. After waiting for employees to finish talking, a staff member finally told me that their ordering system was down and that they hadn't received any online orders. I contacted corporate for a refund. After a lot of back and forth, I finally got a refund, but my sister didn't receive her rewards points back. The corporate member told my sister that the store manager reported there was no problem with the online system and proceeded to grill her about it. Very unprofessional, and the lies are not appreciated. Perhaps this is another restaurant in this town center that needs to go since they can't keep up.

Chipotle has always been a go-to spot for those looking for a fast, customizable meal that's also on the healthier side. I've had my fair share of visits, and while the experience is generally positive, there are a few things that I think need some attention to elevate the overall experience.
The Experience:
First off, the lines can get long during lunchtime, especially around the midday rush. I try to avoid the rush and only come at times when they are not as busy, so I'm usually in and out.
The Food:
When it comes to the food, I find Chipotle to be a solid option for anyone trying to eat healthily without compromising on flavor. My usual go-to is the burrito bowl with double chicken. The portions are generous, enough for a hearty meal, and I usually end up with leftovers for later—usually a second meal. The overall meal is a decent-sized serving, but the protein portions can feel a little skimpy sometimes. I’ve noticed that they seem to under-portion the protein, making you feel like you’re not getting your money’s worth unless you opt for the double protein. I’ve had bowls that didn’t seem to have nearly enough meat, especially when compared to the regular portion. This was made even clearer after a frustrating online ordering experience.
The Online Ordering Experience:
Now, here's where things took a turn. I decided to try online ordering for pickup once, which ended up being a huge letdown. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl with double protein, paid for it, drove to pick it up, and got home excited to eat in front of the TV. But when I opened the bowl, I found barely any meat. Seriously, it was barely enough to cover a single forkful. It was like they ran out of chicken & they just sprinkled a few bits of chicken throughout to make it look like they gave me double protein, but it was far from it. Naturally, I was heated.
I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who was very understanding. She apologized and asked me to bring the bowl back so they could fix it. I didn’t want to make another trip, but I decided to go back anyway since I wanted to get what I paid for. Fortunately, the team member who helped me at the restaurant quickly corrected the issue and gave me the double portion I had paid for.
Since that incident, I’ve avoided online orders here entirely and only order in person, where the food seems to be assembled much more reliably.
The Service:
For the most part, in-person service has been smooth. I’ve never had an issue with ordering at the counter. However, there was one small issue with the cash register during a recent visit. I made a purchase that totaled $14.95, I gave the cashier $15, and was given my receipt and food. But when I checked my receipt later at home, I noticed that I hadn't gotten my 5-cent change. While it’s a minor amount, I do think it’s the principle of the thing. I don’t care if it’s a penny or a nickel—cashiers should always give you your change. It was a small oversight, but it’s a detail that matters.
My Final Thoughts:
Chipotle is an excellent choice for a quick, healthy meal. The food is tasty, and you get a pretty good value for the price. I think with a few adjustments, such as more consistency in protein portions (and maybe a little more attention to small details like giving back change) and keeping the lobby clean, this place could easily hit 5 stars.
Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient option for when you're craving something fresh and healthy, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quick bite. Just stick to ordering in person if you want to avoid any hiccups with online orders!
