The disgusting part is the even higher management knows about this, and will do nothing about it. In the current political situation, this makes me want avoid Chuck E. Cheese even more.

Our experience at Chuck E. Cheese in Hampton exceeded our expectations. Our son had a birthday party here (at a 10am on a Saturday) and everything was extremely clean and the whole staff was welcoming. It was not busy until we left around 12:15. 10am is a perfect party time. Our server Akira was absolutely wonderful and so kind/attentive. Akira and the party manager checked in on us all throughout our two hours there. The pizza was fresh and the kids loved everything from the games, their icecream,and visit from Chuck e himself . 10/10 !
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. Ms. Minera and the young lady who wrung us up was amazing. The best customer serviced I ever experienced like that in along time. You gotta go for yourself know what I'm talking about. My sister and I are going through a lot so Ms. Minera's smile and positive attitude made our night the best along with it being my baby niece birthday. We all enjoyed ourselves. We only had a 45min card for our kids and we all enjoyed ourselves. Sorry so long lol I just wanna say Thank you and we appreciate you. Please keep that awesome attitude and smile.

Update: We greatly appreciate the manager(Manara)that actually cared enough to compensate with chicken that's worth $16..she so sweet and shows how much she cares about the customers.My opinion she should run this place overall because whoever is running it now is greedy, tight and selfish and shouldn't be in management. Order pizza and wings Order was read back then pizza comes no wings ! Oh maybe they coming out little later no I had to go ask then wait for them !!! The main reason we booked was closed and was told person called out !! Chuck came out for a few minutes second time we went and asked for him hr later çameout 5 mins and when asked where he going he said to sleep with all the kids lined up to dance !! Oh and the best part Chuck new fragrance he left on his 5min walk through so strong we all was floating!!! ÇEC surly not the same!!!!!!
