Last time I came the service wasn’t that great that made me hesitate on coming again however I believe in second chances. I came today with my son and family and was not disappointed. CYNARA was the sweetest most patient person and very welcoming. Which I believe to be the qualities you need to have working at a kids establishment thank you cynara for adding a smiling and welcoming face to the building !

Had an excellent experience here. Our kids loved running around playing all the games they could. I recommend getting the pass based on time, not amount of plays.
Also, if you can afford it, get the birthday party that starts before they open, best experience having the place all to just our group.

Price is a bit high for the food but the pizza tasted great. Reminds me of little Caesars pizza flavors. I recommend always doing the pay for time versus pay per game. My kids can go through 20 points in 5 mins on some games. The trampoline and playground cost $15 per kid, when the jump trampoline park is like a block away for $20. Not really worth it for that part. Prizes are what you expect, high but attainable if you play long enough.

I attended the Hampton location on 5Jul2025, and upon entry, there was a person there that insisted on placing a hand stamp on my hand and as well as my two grandchildren. The reason they stated is to prevent someone else from leaving with my grandchildren. I didn't like the idea of putting a substance on my hand for I have sensitive skin and plus, the children are my responsibility. Fast forward I received a card to play the games, which requires you to place the card on a reader..some of the readers didn't take on 1 swipe creating you using it double. Upon leaving the establishment, we were told that I couldn't leave until my stamp and my grandchildren stamps were checked. Firstly, you can't deney me the right to leave an establishment, that is considered being held hostage. Secondly, I am not responsible for what has happen to other's before me. I am already paying the high cost to be there and now having to be subjected to hand stamps and checks are unreasonable.At the end of the day the system in place will not prevent someone from abducting the kids. I have never in my adult life been so humiliated by an establishment. Chuck E. Cheese, please do better!

I must say, this location appeared quite deteriorated during our previous visit. I am pleasantly surprised by its current state. It is only a minor inconvenience that some of the games are not functioning.
This location is alright. It could definitely use better arcades, that's for sure! I would give it 3 or 4 stars if it had better arcades. The pizza is surprisingly pretty good.

DO NOT come to Chuck E. Cheese if you're hispanic or look like you speak a different language. Manager Mekayla will put an additional $6 dollar surcharge on your pizza for stuffed crust and extra large, without you asking and still not give it to you, on purpose. This is not an assumption! It is confirmed by employees.
The disgusting part is the even higher management knows about this, and will do nothing about it. In the current political situation, this makes me want avoid Chuck E. Cheese even more.
