My 6 year old had a fabulous time visiting Chuck E Cheese in Hampton. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The games were very enjoyable and he loved the photo booth! He had an amazing time at the trampoline and ninja course. Of course, he liked getting his cheese pizza, which was great. He also got blue cotton candy. We spent 6 hours there and he still didn’t want to leave!!!

Just went today with my two sons and had a blast. Its not quite as cool as when we were kids but then again, nothing is lol. Good service all around Jennifer at the front was very helpful explaining the membership to me. After getting my pizza I asked the boy with the dyed hair how to pause my card and he was quick to help me. Love coming here, always a good time.

Great place to take my 3 Granddaughters and I took my 4 sons when they were younger in the1990's at the other location on Mercury Blvd, Hampton VA. Good food & variety of games a lot of fun.

We had a birthay party at the Hampton location on a Sunday at 1:30pm. It wasn't terribly busy in my opinion but we were in the back so maybe we just didn't notice or accepted that we had to be there regardless lol.
If you are having a party note that the jump/active play area cost an extra $10 per kid (was not expecting that)
Savannah was our host and she was excellent, by far the best part. I wish I could have her for all birthday parties lol. She was very attentive, kind, quick to reply or ask her manager for assistance. She knew her stuff and what she didn't know she went and asked and promptly returned. She was very patient with our party. My child was very excited and barely wanted to sit down to eat but she kept checking in on us! Savannah needs a raise and all the praise. If you share this with her, tell Savannah thanks again!

Amazing customer service. Clean and safe environment. Over 50 child friendly games plus trampoline and jungle gym. Affordable birthday party options starting at $100. I suggest getting the fun pass membership. I spend $11 a month. My child can go everyday and play 100 games. Not only that, but it gives you 30% off food and other attractions. Fun pass members also get free items sent randomly like free dip and dot and cotton candy. I love it and it doesn't break the bank.

Omg there’s a few thing that need improvement!! First employees need to be on their job! Plenty of empty Dirty Tables n seats!! The manager guy was kind of rude (TALL black guy) when I asked how the new system works as far as the swipe cards.. and $15 per kid for socks is highway robbery just to slide and jump! I spent almost $80 and half the games didn’t even work then wanted me to pay more for socks smh….The pizza was good that’s about it… they need to have ppl on their floor ready to clean up and keep it looking decent !

My kid and I were playing a game. The game said we won! The manager said no you dont get any of those tickets the machine has a glitch. I'll givr you one ticket.....after paying $135 for 1 pizza 4 drinks and 3 play cards for an hour & u disappointed my kid by crushing their happiness saying even tho the game said he won you dictate who wins and said he was a loser
