Slowest service I have ever had because of the BS online orders getting filled over people in line ....is ridiculous. That's not fair to the staff. Every employee looked miserable, but was very polite. You need to pay them more or knock off the online COVID nonsense.

Extremely overpriced, messy, and served by rude employees. Walked in and no one working looked happy to be there. Smallest item is 9 dollars. Better off going to Baskin Robbins or Sonic around the corner. Employees were mixing ice cream on top of other people's leftovers and when I asked for my order to be on a cleaner section I got sighed at so I walked out.

I love cold stone but the people serving are rude sometimes and ate very inconsistent with how many free toppings the sizes get i ordered a ours and the lady told me I get 2 but when i actually look at there menu it says 4 she then preceded to act like I was crazy highly disappointed with the costumer service

This is the second time I tried to order a cake for one of my kids birthday in a two month period and first no cakes on the weekends can be ordered, then today picture machine is out of ink. I then cancel the cake and ask for ice cream and was told to go to the back of the line because people had come in. I was unsure as to why when he was working with me when I asked him for it. I'm highly disappointed as this is one of my favorite spots for ice cream.

In contrast to other reviews about the custom cakes, I have never had a bad experience with Cold Stone's ice cream cakes at this location. We have been impressed with every cake we've ordered and customized, pickup is always a breeze, and service is very good. For a fully-customizable ice cream cake and the price they charge, it's excellent.

My gf and I went to go on an ice cream date, the manager had an attitude because my gf didn't want the banana split and felt like "food was wasted".. when the cashier had said YES when we asked do they have banana splits. Anyhow, we opted for the founders favorite and the birthday remix in the size of LIKE IT. When we get to the register she hands us LOVE IT sizes and charged us for it and said oh sorry didn't realize it. I highly don't recommend this location, the manager is rude and talked loudly about how he was annoyed with us. And obviously the worker isn't paying attention.

Visted on 4/28 Ice cream was great . But the young lady with the glasses & braids who took me and my families order was so rude .. not polite at all they definitely should talk to their employees about work ethic .
Nice workers and nice selection of toppings and flavors. I got butter pecan with brownie and extra pecans. My daughter got cotton candy and the 2 girls working offered and explained a kids size which was perfect. They are always friendly to us. We don't get the waffles but they make the place smell yummy

Place was absolutely ridiculous!!! Upon entering there were 9 people in the store essentially in front of me, the music was too loud and the male employee had airbuds in not one but both ears. Four of the people had already been helped, they were waiting to pay. The girl (with pink braids underneath) who waited on them, instead of ringing them up called to the other person and said when you're done with that customer can you ring them up. All because she was too worried about getting to help her friends. She took 20 minutes to help the 3 of them, then didn't charge them and came out from behind the counter to stand with them. I was done at this point!! You have taken 20 minutes to make 3 ice creams, which I know is not even necessary and then there is still 4 people in line and you leave to go stand with your friends...nope.. service is awful...

It was finally hot outside today and I wanted icecream and it was 10/10!!! one girl with locs and another with glasses and dyed brown hair treated me so well. will be returning again

Just left this location and it made my week and it's only Monday! The girl up front that helped me was so nice and her eyeliner was on point. The manager in the back that was making ice cream came up to greet us and he was extremely nice as well. The store was clean and quiet. They have a big patio out back looking over a small lake with turtles and fish. I will be back to this location for sure
