Nice workers and nice selection of toppings and flavors. I got butter pecan with brownie and extra pecans. My daughter got cotton candy and the 2 girls working offered and explained a kids size which was perfect. They are always friendly to us. Place was absolutely ridiculous!!! Upon entering there were 9 people in the store essentially in front of me, the music was too loud and the male employee had airbuds in not one but both ears. Four of the people had already been helped, they were waiting to pay. The girl (with pink braids underneath) who waited on them, instead of ringing them up called to the other person and said when you're done with that customer can you ring them up. All because she was too worried about getting to help her friends. She took 20 minutes to help the 3 of them, then didn't charge them and came out from behind the counter to stand with them. I was done at this point!! You have taken 20 minutes to make 3 ice creams, which I know is not even necessary and then there is still 4 people in line and you leave to go stand with your friends...nope.. service is awful...

It was finally hot outside today and I wanted icecream and it was 10/10!!! one girl with locs and another with glasses and dyed brown hair treated me so well. will be returning again

Just left this location and it made my week and it's only Monday! The girl up front that helped me was so nice and her eyeliner was on point. The manager in the back that was making ice cream came up to greet us and he was extremely nice as well. The store was clean and quiet. They have a big patio out back looking over a small lake with turtles and fish. I will be back to this location for sure

If you’d like cold stone go to the other location. It was dirty, the bathroom had no toilet paper, there was hair in the sink lots and lots of hair, and the paper towels were taken off the holder and put on top of the toilet paper holder to use for tp I guess.My chocolate ice cream tasted freezer burnt, my family had good ice cream, but not myself. There were 3 staff members, but only one person making our ice cream it took forever, not his fault there were multiple people in our party but, why not utilize the staff in the building…

I've been to this location many times, and everyone I've ever interacted with has been friendly and patient. They don't rush you to make any decisions and are always happy to help.

Overall was very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered one scoop of coffee ice cream. A sweet cream fudge love it size for my husband. A chocolate silk like it sizes for my son. First time they gave me a like it size sweet cream with fudge and my coffee. The second time, they gave me a love it size chocolate silk shake and a like it size sweet cream with fudge shake. Was very disappointed on top of it being my husband's B-day and the only thing he wanted. Overall hated that I was not listened too the first time or the second and hated that I had to spend my money on something my husband didn't want because we were not about to give a 3-year-old a love it size. I know you only live once, but I wanted sleep that night. When I got in there, there were only 3 other people in there.
Great ice cream. I enjoy sitting on the patio eating it and enjoying the breeze.

I’m very disappointed! I ordered a customized cake for my Husband’s birthday. I had to wait 24hrs for the cake to be made. The presentation of the cake was not worth the money I paid for. If you’re looking for a review on Cold Stone’s customized cake for a special occasion, this is a sign to NOT get it.

Went in this past Friday, the day after Thanksgiving to treat myself after Rosie's. There was one employee working with a line of customers but he kept a smile on his face and was polite. He was hustling and efficient and an artist making ice cream. It was delicious.

Went in for the first time ever. There were no customers. There was 3 employees . I walk up to the ice cream and I’m standing there but nobody say anything so I walk down to the register and they start just staring at me so I stare back at them then finally one ask am I picking up an order and I said no. She looks at the other girls and then one of them ask me the same question. I say no, I haven’t ordered anything yet. She say ok I’ll take your order over by the ice cream. Now I’m thinking well that’s where I was originally and nobody said anything. I then heard the other two complaining right in front of me about how too many people are doing orders for pickup. I won’t be returning .
