The short girl at the winder is extremely rude because when she handed me the food she said "here" like as in here is your good and leave. I am not coming back here anymore after I was treated like that.

We didn’t get what we ordered. And we ordered 4 different trays. Got nothing of what we wanted. Food wasn’t hot, service was crappy. Definitely gone way down.
When I ordered onion rings they were very gummy and drenched in grease. Some of the onions weren't fully cooked either. The burger was greasy and they over salted my caramel shake. This isn't the only time I had issues with their food. Despite food conditions customer service was fair.

Praise The Lord! I like their barbeque plate that's what I get when I go! It's always nice and hot it always says water for the drink on the ticket but I never got the water not once. Just wondering about that .. enjoy!

I told Deja that I wanted a plain chicken wrap no lettuce no cheese no Cajun sauce and she still gave me all that I asked her to fix that and all she did was scrap off the stuff. When I say I wanted it plain it should’ve been plain.

Cookout was most certainly my go to place while I was an undergrad but even now years later, I still love this place! Prior to this visit, I haven't eaten at cookout in a few years but decided to stop here for dinner on my way from work. I love that there are many options to choose from at a great price! For the amount of food I get here, I'd spend much more at another restaurant. The quality of the food here is also good as well! I love the cajun chicken sandwich option because it's grilled and I usually get the Cajun fries and hush puppies. That's usually more than enough to fill me up. Never have to wait too long for the food either so I'm satisfied! Great place!
